Yes - two normal types people hardly use, but I used them both and found them awesome to use.

Which pokemon has better movepools?
Which pokemon has better stats?
Which pokemon has better design?
 
In competitive battling, they're both pretty abysmal. That said, Lopunny actually has some decent-ish sets in the NU tier. Delcatty is worthless though. However, to me, Delcatty is simply more appealing and I usually take the time to train one whenever I play Sapphire or Emerald version. So, I'm voting for her for the simple reason that I like her better.

It was tough though. I really like Lopunny a lot too.
 
Lopunny for me.
Better ATK and SPD, the basic rule I tend to have with my mons.
Plus it looks cooler IMO.
Only thing Catty has better is the access to Sucker Punch.

Still...Both get cool STAT oves and Baton Pass,
so it really was kinda hard choice.
I, myself have used them bothtoo and find them both kinda cool.
They need their niche, but once that's good; they'll be good.
 
Since I only ever really base my decisions on design (but still recognise general usefulness, having trained both) I'm going to have to go for Lopunny.
 
Also going with Lopunny. It was a very useful, and surprising strong pokemon to have.
 
This is a close call though I'm going with Lopunny because I think it looks better and I used to have one.
 
Lopunny, no contest. It's one of my favorite Pokemon. IT'S SO CUTE! <3

I also think it's better than Delcatty statwise too.
 
Lopunny, for sure. A surprisingly useful Pokemon, it has decent defenses, high speed and several useful attacks. Delcatty, on the other hand, is terrible. Its stats are plain awful, and it can't really do anything better than Lopunny or pretty much any Pokemon. Wonder Skin is certainly not enough to change my mind.
 
As disturbed as I am that Lopunny can be both female AND male, I have to choose Lopunny. It has better stats, and if I had to use one in battle, I'm definitely picking it.

Even design-wise it might be better. Delcatty is cute, but it's sort of generic.
 
I've never used either, but based on design I like Delcatty better. It's a nice cat design.

Lopunny, on the other hand, just looks... ಠ_ಠ
 
Lopunny can act as a great Switcheroo with Flame Orb-combo user because of Klutz. Delcatty can make all of its moves have STAB, but it's not really that interesting. So Lopunny for me.
 
Lopunny is actually quite a scary Pokemon to be up against when in battle. That thing really surprised me in the past, as it can be as tricky and cruel as a Ghost, or Dark type. Delcatty is cute, but I can't really find anything useful, as a move set for this Pokemon and that is mostly due to it's lacking stats.

Lopuny vs Delcatty? Lopunny is the winner for me anytime ^^
 
lopunny has awesome speed but delcatty is a tough opponent. when i versed a delcatty i couldnt attack cause it used things like sweet kiss and charm

but i still got throuh by using double team which lopunny has more of so lopunny for me
 
Delcatty sucks. It has one of the worst stat distributions of any fully evolved pokemon. It's just horrible. The only thing it gets which is noteworthy is Normalize, and that's only noteworhty because no other pokemon gets it (not because it's good). Its movepool is decent for a support poke though, but it just doesn't have the stats to be of any use (there's so much other stuff that can do its job better because they are bulkier, or faster, or both, etc you get the point). Its design is OK, though. I mean, it is cute.

On the other hand, Lopunny. Lopunny is cool. It can be really annoying with all of its support moves, and it has decent stats, unlike Delcatty. Barring Wish, I think Lopunny gets all the moves Delcatty does that are useful, and then some. Lopunny's design is... alright. Sometimes I think it looks really odd, but other times it looks cute. I'm 50/50 whether I like it or not.

Delcatty is truly awful, imo. I'm going with Lopunny all the way.
 
Delcatty easily. Shame its stats are so awful. Lopunny's design irks me, even when Mega Evolved.
