If you like shows with action, you will like LOST.

If you like shows with complex characters and interactions, you will like LOST.

If you like shows with drama, mystery, and suspense, you will like LOST.

If you like shows with humor, you will like LOST.

If you like shows where you can watch an episode twice and view it in an entirely different way, you will like LOST.
 
I agree with all those points! LOST is one of the most amazing shows!!! I can talk about it for hours. I am really enjoying this last season, and I'm going to be so sad when it's over.

By the way, the entire series is FREE and legal to watch on Hulu right now.

That's how I watched it. Amazing watching it back to back since you don't forget things and it's easier to follow that way.
 
I like lost, I missed the first few seasons, but got into it after one of my friends basically forced me to watch it. (It wasn't really forced, but I like to say it was) Now it's one of my can't miss shows, at least for now because I really want to see how it'll end and mainly why the island is worth protecting....
...and what/who makes the decision to destroy it!

Because I see all these cool powers it has, but for the most part they mainly only work on the island. (save time traveling and leaving the island, and then coming back and time traveling again.) It's like finding a mountain made of pure gold, it'll make you rich but you can't spend it.
 
I love Lost. :3 Probably one of my favorite non-animated shows. xD

I've been forcing my mom to watch it, but she thinks it's stupid. I guess that's to be expected since she never saw any of the first five seasons. :p
 
I never miss an episode of Lost and I will be very sad when it ends this season. :(

My friend originally got me into it in the first season. She started watching it because she liked Dominic Monaghan and J.J. Abrams. After missing the first few episodes, I caught up and have been hooked ever since. I even got my mom into it and now she watches it to (and asks me questions every time she has no idea what is going on). I think its one of the best shows on television.

Anyone have a favorite character?

I'll put this under spoiler in case people haven't seen this season. You've been warned.

I have so many favorites it's so hard to choose! I love Jack (I know a lot of people don't really like him) but I think he's been really awesome this season.

And I also like Juliet (RIP, I really miss her) and of course, Ben.
 
I guess my current favorites are Sawyer and Ben. They're interesting, fun yet tragic characters.

I've liked Lost since 2005. <3
 
Big Ben fan here. Also a big Alex fan, so I very much liked last episode. Mostly because, well
she wasn't dead in the other timeline, and Ben made the right choice this time. Go Alex!
 
I think my favorite is, and always has been, Hurley. I tend to feel sorry for the guy a lot, but he still manages to land back on his feet and be an optimist (some of the time). And his alternate timeline self is so happy and helpful.

But I think I really liked the Hurley and Charlie friendship that went on for a few seasons. Those two together were so funny together and they were almost always the comedic relief. I really miss that! :(
 
I have a few favorite characters. I really can't choose. xD Weirdly enough none of them are girls. (But that's not to say I don't like the girls. xDD)

Charlie. D: </3 Sawyer. Hurley. & Sayid.

Oh, and I almost forgot Frank Lapidus. He needs more lines/screen time. D8
 
My favorites were Charlie, Sayid, Claire, and Juliet but Now I like Miles a lot as well and consider him a favorite (He's just too funny). I just hope he's not dying anytime soon!

Alex is awesome! She was always one of my favorite female characters.

And I was so happy to see her in the alt time line too! And I'm glad things are going to work out for her

Yeah, I like him too, I hope they give him more to do this season.
 
Yeah, "We're not going to Guam are we?" is one of the best Lost lines out there.

Though I really liked the "You're dead."/"Nobody's perfect" exchange between Kate and Fake-Locke in yesterday's episode.
 
I thought I might start a new topic here (even though it will probably bring up some in-fighting):

What are your favorite LOST couples/pairings? Why?

For me, I have to say that my favorite couples are:
Jack/Kate
Charlie/Claire
Sayid/Shannon
Sawyer/Ana Lucia or Sawyer/Juliet
Hurley/Libby
Jin/Sun

Although, I have to say, that I really am only truly adamant about Jack and Kate. I don't feel as strongly about the others as I do about this one. I just feel like there is (or has been)some chemistry between each of these couples (especially Jack and Kate) and I can definitely see each on of these couples having a life together off-island (especially in the fanfics I read :))

Actually, he's just listed in the guest credits so who knows, maybe he survived and he appears in the normal timeline. :P
 
Me and my mum watched the first two season's then it became annoying and we ditched it.
