Lower case Ho-Oh

Since the revolution of lower case pokemon names, I became increasingly bothered by the abundance of my pokemon that were in all caps, specifically Ho-Oh since it's one of my more treasured legendary pokemon. I have many pokemon to offer, which includes the following

Serious Latios
Ones in bold are the ones I will accept if the Ho-Oh has an adamant nature and moderate (12+) IVs in the right places and/or if it has the ability Regenerator. I do NOT want a shiny Ho-Oh and please no hacked pokemon. Thank you for looking

I have a lower case Ho-Oh but it's on my pokemon white game. If you're able to trade with that system, let me know. It's lvl 70, bold andhas the ability pressure and I have no idea about iv's but has not been used in battle yet. anyways, FC is 1893 8062 2093. let me know if you're interested.
