Lugia LEGEND 116/123 ?????

Lugia LEGEND of HeartGold & SoulSilver is the two card set, numbers 113 & 114 of 123. However I have a Lugia LEGEND bottom half card that should be numbered 114/123, but instead it is numbered 116/123. Also I think 113 & 114 are Holo cards, but mine is not holo. Can someone tell me about my card: why the different number. I don't think it is a fake, and if it is it is an extraorginarily high quality fake. I saw one listed on EBAY when searching Google, but the ad was already gone when checked.

I just noticed one other problem ... under where it says Lugia LEGEND is another "tab" with LEGEND mispelled as "LEGEMD" - weird.

How did you get this card? Was it through a trade, buying it as a single card or from a regular HGSS Booster pack?

And it's pokedex entry doesn't have a double I at the beginning, which I'm pretty sure is a mistake on all of them.

THis card is definetly fake. THe main giveaway for me is that it has a holo pattern on the card, despite the fact that you mentioned that it is not holo. It also has a misprint of the word Legend, lacks the misprint of the double I in It. On the left end of yours it has a copyright date, which the real copy doesnt. The species specifics( such as dex #, ht, wt etc.) are in bold on your copy, but not on a real one. Also, the text "Ocean grow" should be red, not white. Sorry, but what you have there is no doubt, a fake.

Sorry, just love Phoenix Wright. I manage to have the EXACT SAME CARD!!! But before I take a picture for proof, are counterfeits just 1 card, or are they roaming???

Hi I have a full set of lugia legends cards and was wondering if mine was fake too? The numbers are right and so is the coloration butbnot the hp. My card has 650 hp?

Also, I some how managed to get both halves in one purchase. XD

Mine are identical to the one on Bulbapediahttp://cdn.bulbagarden.net/upload/f/fd/LugiaLEGENDHeartGoldSoulSilver113.jpg - 130HP!

Just to highlight some further anomalies between that one and the one scanned above:

- The fire energy is rotated 90 degrees above. In bulbapedia, it looks to be rotated more (100-120 degrees?)
- The water symbol in the energy above fills less of the blue circle than the one on bulbapedia
- The fist symbol in the resistance does not seem to be centred in its circle.
- The information on the left edge of the card is more pronounced above. Unlike what was said in post #7 , the bulbapedia image does have this information, though is difficult to make out
- The rarity symbol, star, is smaller in the scan above than on bulbapedia
- Attacks also have a totally different font to the one on bulbapedia. The letters seem to be closer together and thinner (but that may just be a scale issue), but the "t"s are significantly different, as are the commas. There also appears to be a full stop/period missing after "Discard the other cards" and a comma missing between Energy and [water symbol] in "Discard a [fire] Energy, [water] Energy, and ..."

There maybe more mistakes, but those are the ones ive found.

650 HP? Sounds fake to me. Getting both halves from a pack sounds suspicious.
