Lugia Ocean Commander

I like that majestic appeal it has; the broad wings, the arched neck, the sweeping tail....... it really looks like it is ''commanding the waves''.
One beef I do have with that picture is that Lugia's chest seems a little too bloated and puffed-out, which mildly throws the picture off balance, and overall it would look better in moonlight.
Good job, I hope to see you post some more artwork in the future!

Lugia does indeed have a tummy. If you ask me I got his proportions just right, the only thing that bugs me is the unsteady lines on his wings and tail
 
That's an awesome pic. It really looks like he's conducting the ocean...He reminds me of my choir teacher.
