I'm gonna say bad, because it has a Ditto and an Eevee on it. That's a pretty good sign that it's not built competitively. Unless we're talking solely in-game (non-battle tower) purposes, in which case they're all level 100, so of course it's good.
 
Luxray, ditto and eevee are made of fail. Seriupusly? That's your team?
 
Luxray is good, minus the ground weakness. I did pretty well through my Pearl game with one, even in Battle tower cause it knew Ice Fang and Fire Fang as well as Thunder fang, but that does not necessarily make it good but ditch ditto and yeah, evolve eevee.

You need to evolve Eevee before eveling it up to lv 100 you idiot! But Ditto isn't so bad
 
Uh no, you don't. You can still get Vaporeon/Jolteon/Flareon at level 100.
 
Yeah but once a pokemon's at lv100 (unless you have AR) it can't gain any more experience points to learn excellent moves

its true you should have evolved it like pikachu200 says, because now you cant have it be an espeon/glaceon/umbreon/leafeon.

Ditto is terrible. You transform into an exact copy of their Pokemon, except all of your moves only have 5 pp and you keep the same HP. That means that the playing field is exactly equal, except that you have already taken damage, you have less total HP (base 48 is beaten by most fully evolved pokemon) and you don't have as much PP. And you're not guaranteed to be holding the optimal item for its moveset. So pretty much you're gonna lose that battle. Plus if they bring in a counter, not only do you have to switch, but you have to take another hit when it comes back in. Pretty much all it can do is take out severely weakened pokemon that can't hit that very hard or restore its HP for a revenge kill. Which just about any other pokemon in the game can do.
