Just as the title says, make some sort of pokedex entry for the previous poster.
 
WaterUser, the water trainer. Wants to be the master of water, though he has not yet suceeded. Evolves from Blastoise.

Evolves into King Dialga at level 45.

There are actually 196 kinds of this pokémon. The one we're facing here is #100. When used in battle, it will sometimes not attack and just sigh instead. This pokémon prefers to stay in dark mist, for unknown reasons.
