Making bulleted lists in this board

I don't know what board this belongs to...but how do you make bulleted lists in this board? I've tried *s and -* and <ul/>, and Google too.

There's a button next to the justify buttons that looks like this:

When you hit it, you can enter list items. Hit cancel to stop entering items.

Or type [list][/list] tags, with items (between the tags, of course) that look like this: [*]item


Example:

[LIST][*]Dog [*]Cat [*]Bird [*]David Spade [*]Buckles[/LIST]

looks like:

• Dog
• Cat
• Bird
• David Spade
• Buckles
