Male parental units

Is it just me, or are more and more NPCs having in-game fathers? Here are all the in-game dads I can think of:
R/B/Y - no in-game appearances or mentions
G/S/C - Koga (it wasn't until G/S that Janine existed) [also mentioned: Bill's dad and Falkner's dad]
R/S/E - Norman, Birch, Mr. Stone, Wally's dad
FR/LG - Koga, Giovanni (implied)
D/P - Lucas/Dawn's dad (whichever's not the main char), Maylene's dad, Byron, Palmer

...Sinnoh must have some pretty harsh deadbeat dad laws!

EDIT: included another mention. If anybody knows of any more, even if they're just mentions, please to be mentioning them, yus?

Well, we *hear* about Falkner's dad in Crystal, but we never see him.

The guy who gives you the Explorer Kit is Byron's dad I think, someone in Sunnyshore says they are related.

They are related, it does not mean he's the father. I swear Bill's dad is the guy in Fushia city, or atleast that's his Grandpa

Bill's grandfather is in Cerulean Cape.
