"This is not some kind of game. This is reality."
-Jorge H. Thompson

What if your life depended on the sequence of events in the game "Man Hunt." What if you were chosen to represent yourself, and everyone who cares about you, in a tournament that would mean death for some, and in which their could only be one winner?

"Man Hunt." You've just been picked to participate in a competition that makes the Olympic Games look like a block party foot race. You shall visit the Kru Stadium in Syberia. This is where Man Hunt is held. And if you decide not to arrive on the day of June 26, 3004, then we will find you.

Man Hunt

Training
Upon arrival to Kru Stadium, after a short initiation ceremony, you will begin training. Everyone takes monster fighting, swordplay, strategy, and magic practice. It will teach you what you need to know to survive in Man Hunt. Remember to listen up, as training is only over the course of two days.

Teams
After, you will be splt into teams for Man Hunt, judged by the aura you radiate. Some will be harder to tell than others, so some players will be put on to the 'Undetermined' team.

Cabins
Next, you will be put into a cabin with your team. Each one contains three bunk beds, a mini fridge, a small bathroom, and a study area.

Let the Games Begin!!!

Rules of Man Hunt
It's basically a search and find game, but put to the extreme. Killing, and maiming are both permitted. But, you can't just go around klobbering everyone all the time, k? I shall announce when the time is appropiate. Different arenas shall be selected each game. Some contain different elements than others, so make sure your character is prepared for anything. Mostly, you can do anything it takes to win.

Seekers
You, obviously, are looking for the hiders. You may go anywhere, and use any means to find your target, but, dear lord, be descriptive. Instead of saying only where your location is, maybe tell what you look under, around, etc.

Hiders
You will be hiding, if the name wasn't a dead giveaway. PM the info of your hiding place. That's all you have to do. But, keep posted to the RP. You can make your character leave their spot at any time. I don't want this RP to die, so if its getting a little low on member activity, post what your character is thinking, or maybe what they see around them.

Chase Scenes
This is where I must take control. If someone clearly looked into another's hiding place, they have no choice but to emerge. I might say something like, "Player 1 suddenly spots Player 2 in the bushes." Then, those two members take it from their, with the catching crap.

Jail
Once caught, if not killed, you will be brought to jail. The jail is a steel containment unit with electrical bars, that will zap you upon contact. The only way to be freed, is to have someone on your team come and hit the button outside every cell.

Monsters
Now, along with this game, their is a catch. Monsters inhabit each arena. It may be one from Greek Mythology, or Middle Earth, or somewhere I made up. Watch out for them, because they will kill you upon contact.

Other Hazards
Their will be many other obstacles on your path to victory. Just...........watch where you step.

Now,

If you win, your team is treated to luxury, and all wounds are healed.

If you lose, one team member will be sent away.

It's simple. Sabotage, and do whatever it takes to win.

Pet (It can be mythical or realistic):
History:

I don't have time right now, but I will be Jorge H. Thompson, the host, and a player. That's why I need a co-GM, so I'm not cheating when I'm a seeker, and the hiders PM me their hiding info. We will be on opposing teams from each other.

Will the fighting be with swords and bows, or guns? I'd prefer the first, but whatever.

Name: Cole Jacobson
Age: 17
Appearance: Cole is slightly taller than average, and extremely thin. No matter what he eats, Cole never gets any fatter, as if his body doesn't allow it. Cole has slightly pale skin that almost never gets sunburned. Seriously. Cole could stand outside for DAYS on end and never get a sunburn.

Cole has dark brown hair that turns nearly black in the winter and is obviously brown in the summer. His hair is almost always sticking up somewhere, and is relatively impossible to keep perfect. Cole has brown eyes that radiate pure intelligence. You rarely see Cole smile nowadays, although you might if you're lucky.
Personality: Cole is somewhat of a loner, and can go for a long time without any social contact before becoming lonely. He isn't exactly shy, though. Cole is perfectly friendly once he gets to know someone, but before that he's generally cold to people.

Cole is intelligent, always achieving A's and the occasional B in school. It is one of the few things he can brag about, aside from his exceptional speed. Cole is also strategic, and therefore good at coming up with plans that rarely ever fail. However, when they do, Cole doesn't abandon them until it is completely obvious that it failed. When that happens, it's usually too late.
Exceeding Skill (speed, defense, attack, etc.): Cole is very fast, and can outrun most people. However, he is also good with a bow and strategic, just not as much as he is fast. "If they can't catch me, they can't kill me," he says.
Pet (It can be mythical or realistic): A small phoenix that always lets off red and orange flames. Nicknamed "Blaze".
History: Cole lived as normal a life as someone with a pet phoenix could possibly live. He always preferred the company of books and his laptop more than the company of friends, but this trait had run in the family as long as Cole could remember, so it was never weird to him. He lived a normal life, getting good grades and keeping everyone around him happy.

Until now.
