one i dont know how to get the "points" required to post or message on peoples accounts and it wont let me post on any topics so please inform me on how to earn these "points"
 
Well first off, welcome to Bulbagarden ChoasEncounter!

Second, to get points, all you need to do is post in places like here and in the video game section. Some sections, your post won't increase your post count (like fun and games, the war room).
