Who is the seiyuu for Marina's Starmie in EP091?

I'm curious because it sounds like Misty's Staryu (Miki Shinichiro) and does not have the same cry as Misty's Starmie (Ikue Ohtani)

Perhaps it's played by the same person, but all they did was make it more high-pitched? (It's already digitized, so making it higher-pitched mechanically probably isn't a problem)

That's what I did think even though I couldn't find anything on google. I'd like to get a sound clip of Marina's Starmie from that episode and play with the audio a bit. I downloaded a computer program that can change the audio speed. I'd also love to get a hold of an mp3 of Charizard's voice as well as I can't find anything...
