-Shiny/Non-shiny = doesn't matter
-Moves/Hidden Power type (if applicable) = doesn't matter

I need one from a different country so I can Masuda Breed it with my Flabebe.... so far regulard breeding isn't yielding a shiny flabebe with shiny charm and over 1400 eggs or so so far. I am going for a perfect shiny stat 31 flabebe in all stats. I have like 10 perfect Flababe, and the one that is in the daycare is a 6 IV perfect Flabebe breeding with my 6 perfect 31 IV Mawile, I just need a 6 IV 31 perfect Mawile to breed with my perfect Flabebe from another country.
