Howdy! My name is Max (as many of you may already know lol) and i am very passionate about creative writing and making up my own original characters especially those relating to the Pokemon franchise! I've been wanting to make a dedicated place to share these characters and my ideas for them here for a while now and making a blog for them seemed like the perfect way to do that! Here I'll share various character lore and concepts along with just general gushing about how much i love them. PLEASE feel free to ask me any questions about these guys it would make me very very happy <3!

To get this thread started I'll be gradually posting character bios for my characters to introduce them! Starting off with my trio of Lati Ocs! All art featured in these bios is created by me unless stated otherwise. Also don't mind any minor grammar mistakes in these bios haha, they aren't being beta read.

Spoiler: Zircon

One half of the Lati duo you meet in ORAS, Zircon is the twin brother of the Latias that is obtained by May during the events of the story, with him reaching out to May and Steven when his sister is captured by Team Aqua. After his sister joins May's party he spends the remainder of the plot of the game and the Delta episode feeling aimless and not really knowing what to do with himself without his sister, eventually deciding to check up on Steven, wanting to thank the champion for his help in rescuing his sister. He ends up really connecting with the champion though, with both of them sharing feelings of not really knowing what to do with their lives and Zircon decides to Join Steven as one of his Pokemon much like how his sister joined May. The trainer and Pokemon end up becoming very close after Steven steps down as champion with the two of them acting as traveling buddies as they travel the world trying to find what they want to do with their lives along the way.

Spoiler: April

One half of the Lati duo you meet in ORAS and the twin sister of Zircon, April is the Latias that decides to join May's party during the game's story. She has a very close bond with her trainer, feeling as though she needs to look after the young trainer and make sure she stays safe. She has a love for pokemon contests and loves participating in them with her trainer, not understanding her brother's more battle focused interests and desire to spend all his time in caves.

Spoiler: Mercury

On the surface Mercury is a totally inconspicuous Devon employee, working as the assistant to the company president Mr Stone, but Mercury has a secret none of his coworkers know... hes secretly a Latios. After being rejected from the flock of Pokemon he previously lived in, Mercury was left to aimlessly wander the streets of Hoenn, choosing to disguise himself as human to avoid trouble, until he ended up being found by the company president of Devon who assumed he was a troubled young man and offered him a job at his company. Mercury is actually quite happy living as a human feeling as though he fits in more with people than he ever did other Pokemon, however he's constantly on edge about his secret identity as a Pokemon getting revealed.
