why did may voice sound funny in the first dub of mastermind of mirage pokemon?
I mean I check sources and michelle did may in first dub and pusa dub aka battle frontier but it sound funny in mastermind
 
All the voice actors sounded a little different in Mastermind than in the show, mainly because it was their first time imitating the voices.

If you watch the Mastermind special now and then watch Battle Frontier or D/P, they are fairly different and more comfortable with their roles.
