Courtesy of @bluesun. Memory Link:
The trio gathered: In the Striaton City Restaurant, listen to Cilan, Cress & Chili's emotions.
Respective Bones and Dreams: At the NacreneCity Museum, listen to what Bone Specialist Lenora has to say.
Searching Hearts: At a certain building with a frozen floor in Icirrus City, Brycen awaits.
A New Light: After entering the palace, Drayden is thinking of the past at Opelucid City.
Pursuing the High Sense!!: After arriving at Yamaji Town, in front of the Mistralton City Gym, Skyla wants to talk about her worries to someone.
White And Black: After you first enter the Pokemon World Tournament, at a certain EX-Team Plasma member's house in Driftveil City, a certain somebody has arrived...
Goodbye, my loved Star: The ownder of the Musical in Nimbasa City is reminiscing.
Meeting and parting with friends: At a Pokemon Center, a Breeder is thinking about Pokemon.

So the Memory Link is...what? We connect between games just to see people reminisce?

Incredibly vague, so if someone can shed a light on this?

You connect between games just to see people reminisce, yes.
Only one I've got to so far is the Breeder one, who randomly recaps N, midway through BW, talking about the BW player character by name.

Is it a cut scene at least, or are we reading dialogue?

^Ah so they really are Easter Eggs of sorts (player used name and such). Sounds nice. I wanna ask more questions on the amount can be found and the like but for now, I'll opt to sit tight and watch what happens.

There's only the eight already found in the game.

So there isn't any possibility now that we may battle Hilda or Hilbert with our BW rosters through the Memory Link? Or would that be unrelated?

Aww really? That's a shame. Would've liked it if little titbits like BW player achievements (in places like the subway and such) got a note. Would've been nice maybe even a nice motivator. Well, it's still a nice gesture either way just wish they ran with it.

Well there's still seven of those eight that nobody has reported on, including the 'White and Black' one which is unhelpfully inspecific. If that isn't though, then no. The game lists what events are available because of Memory Link in the main menu, and those eight are all.

A certain EX-Team Plasma member makes me think N. And perhaps B/W's Protagonist could have finally found N; a certain somebody arriving means that they had left originally with the intentions of returning, as if they were expected.

A possibility, no?

Got to the Musical one.
The Musical owner recognised my ''aura'' as being that of a wonderful superstar two years ago, and decided that it was right for me to have the goods a superstar (the BW player) left at the musical hall 2 years ago.
Owner: Was it an accident? Was it on purpose? For such a trainer with wonderful co-ordination sense to leave behind his Goods Case... [mentions some Goods I used] ...if they ever come back, I'll give it to them... and if they don't, if I ever find a trainer that I sense the same from, I'll hand it on. Yes! Passing on the baton of inheritance to the future!

Given how crap Musicals were, I could understand why the PC would leave them behind -.-

Whop! Sounds like a nice carryover Easter Egg there. And now my motivation to bother with musicals and make my Audino look fabulous has increased.

White And Black: After you first enter the Pokemon World Tournament, at a certain EX-Team Plasma member's house in Driftveil City, a certain somebody has arrived...
White and Black is a flashback of two Plasma Grunts talking in the topmost house of Hodomoe City (not sure what to call it), about what to do, now that N has left. #2 wants to go to another region and join another evil syndicate but #1 calls him an idiot many times over, saying that everything they did was for the sake of Pokemon. They eventually decide to go to N's abandoned castle and start looking after the Pokemon left there to care for them. (it's not stated, but I assume this is what starts Ex-Team Plasma) After they leave, N reveals himself from where the Goddesses were in B2W2, and monologues that he was right there, listening. He wonders how everyone is doing, but decides that he must leave Team Plasma, for both humans and Pokemon, to do a task only he can, to convey the emotions of Pokemon to humans.

Whose flashback is it? Who knows. You enter the house, Zoroark looks at you and roars, and the flashback starts.

I'm guessing that's N's Zoroark, and the same Zoroark in Victory Road. That Zoroark's getting enough roles for it to get its own character page :p

EDIT:
http://spriters-resource.com/ds/pkmnbnw2/sheet/48049

There are some sepia-toned sprites. From the looks of it, these are the people that participate in flashbacks:

-Striaton Brothers
- Shadow Triad
- Skyla
- Elesa (BW outfit)
- Alder
- Marshal
- Brycen
- Drayden
- Iris (Uses BW sprite; she is indeed visibly younger as her head is smaller even compared to the non-Champion clothed Iris)/Iris (Champion; wearing Champion clothes)
- Lenora
- Clay
- Burgh
- N
- Plasma Grunt
- Man in Gentleman's outfit

Pursuing the High Sense!! is about Fuuro and Kamiture. Kamiture asks Fuuro to help her with an image change, by testing out some High Sense Jokes she's thought up on her.
"Kono Giaru fushigi aru!" "This Giaru's odd!", "Desukarn wa nani type desu kaan?" "What type's Desukarn?", "Yaa, konna tokoro ni Yacon-san ga!" "Ah, here's Yacon!"
They don't go so well, and afterward, Fuuro asks you not to tell Kamiture.

Random question: Is the Memory Link feature region blocked? So, would I be able to connect an English White to a Japanese White 2, or would I have to use my Japanese copy?

^ We're probably not going to know until the game comes out. But my US Black was able to connect to my JP White through the Entralink, so I doubt it won't be the same here.
