men picking dawn over lucas wtf?

Why is it that most guys i see out there have picked dawn over lucas ? Does having an urge to be the opposite gender make you feel masculin or cool? the same applies for picking dawn over brendan.Seriously wtf?

You mean May over Brendan.

I haven't really noticed this trend. Though, I'd probably attribute it to Dawn not looking nearly as stupid as Lucas.

But all in all, it doesn't really matter if you think about it.

Why is it that people really care which gender an individual player chooses to play as? Does having an urge to make a pointless thread about such a subject make you feel masculine or cool? Seriously wtf?
 
I know why. They say if have a Pokemon (male for example) and you have a player as the opposite gender. Then that Pokemon's happiness will increase faster.
 
Well, I say it doesn't really matter anymore <.< ... hell, I sometimes restart FR playing as the girl character...
Anyways, I guess people have their.. "reasons" on doing that...
 
What gender you pick in game doesen't matter T_T

On my next playthrough on Platinum, i'm going to choose Dawn just because i'm sick of Lucas and his stupid looking cap. It's waaaaaaaay too large for his mini-sprite lol

Plenty of people play as the opposite gender. You act as if you never heard this before.
 
It's probably because they find her hot which is completely wrong as she's ugly and has massive thighs....

I always pick the girl on my main playthroughs, but if I'm just dickin' about I might pick a guy, but in the end their just differently colour pixels...
 
Why does it even matter that much? I mean, I play as the boy character all the time. Yes, even Lucas. I seem to be the only one to like him. T_T

I think he's cool. I have a life-size cardboard cut out of him in my room, which GAME gave to me after one of their events...

I do like Lucas as a character, I just don't like the pillowcase he wears on his head.
