For some reason, I haven't got a mention since my count hit 5, and I visibly saw several others "mention" me the same way the earlier ones had. I know this isn't a universal problem since there are dozens of users with counts higher than 5, so what is this?

Not that I don't enjoy having less notifications, but it's always the quotes that drive people crazy, anyhow.

Getting tagged or quoted in a thread and getting mentioned in a post are different things, actually. As far as I recall mentions are when somebody places a @ before your name, but doesn't quote your whole post. I'm not getting those.

Wait, I thought you had to have a ; at the end of a name? Because when we first found out about this just going @Blazevoir wouldn't work.

Hmmm. @Hunter Blade

Edit: Ah, I see. Just delete the semi-colon and it still works.

Yeah, this is weird. Not to mention I've even seen any semicolons at the end of any of my past mentions.

But just for kicks, @Kenshi;

I can't see the thread tag or mentions now, though. I'll take a minute to check if those are still in profiles, but I doubt it.

Edit: Okay, they're still in profiles at least. Still think it's pretty weird that mentions and thread tags died down simultaneously, though.

Yeah, I didn't mean they were entirely gone by "died out," sorry if my wording was a bit weird.

Awww. Now we don't have the giant list of people at the top of the Conversational Thread. :(
Oh well, we did that for fun. Don't really understand what it's for anyway.

Please note: The thread is from 15 years ago.
Please take the age of this thread into consideration in writing your reply. Depending on what exactly you wanted to say, you may want to consider if it would be better to post a new thread instead.
