Meowstic? Good or bad?

I'm just wondering what kind of play this could see... It's low HP and the the attack is not to stellar. But what about its first ability? Moving the damage counters on enemy pokemon could be good. Especially if you had something that would hit 2, or more, pokemon with one attack?

I think it could be interesting to see. Yeah, its HP is low, but we'd also need to see the rest of the cards in the expansion to reach a final verdict. A lot of the cards are built around each other, and this may be designed to counter something else. Maybe they want you to move the damage counters around so that your opponent's M-Charizard-EX can't use its big attack.
