Right, so you just have to go into your bag, go to the Key Items section, and select the Pal Pad. There will be three options: Check Friend Roster, Register Friend Code, [YOUR IN GAME NAME]'s Friend Code.
Select 'Register Friend Code' and you will be asked for a name. You can type in mine, FORREST, and then you will be asked to enter a Friend Code. Mine is 4428 2719 1445.
Either after or before that, you can click on [YOUR IGN]'s Friend Code and tell me yours.
After that, we will both need to be online at the same time. All you need to do is enter any Pokemon Center- other than the Elite 4 one- and go to the second floor. Go to the person in the middle and talk to them. Basically just say yes to everything and you will enter the Union Room. There is where you will be able to trade via Wi-Fi.
If you tell me when you'll be able to trade and your FC, I'll try my hardest to make it.

Okay cool. My FC is 2066 0161 0040 and my IGN is Paul.
If your timezone is EDT/Ottawa then we are exactly 12 hours apart (it is 3:30pm here and 3:30am EDT). Otherwise I don't know, I'll check later on tonight to see if you have replied and we can go from there.
