Metroid Prime Trilogy or Guitar Hero 5?

Never played any of the Prime games, but if I get GH5 I can get Van Halen for free. Both great deals.
 
Metriod Prime, I need an action game for my age group and an action game (I don't count a mario game in that catagory) and the GH's equitment is to expensive.
 
Eh, I already have a World Tour guitar and I was just gonna buy the game.
 
Guitar Hero 5's setlist is completely laughable. So no.

I can highly recommend all three Prime games (Echoes in particular, which is my favorite). Definitely go with that option if you have the chance.

Yeah, I'm probably going for Prime. I like GH5's setlist, but the DLC is worse than Rock Band and I can get Rock Band for cheaper.

I believe that nobody should ever buy Guitar Hero because the entire series is based off of shameless greed.
They bought the series, and act like their the superior originals, even though their competing with the people that created the series and popularized the genre in the first place.
 
I hope they get rid of the glitch in Echoes in the Sanctuary area.

I think you should settle for metriod, or if you want to be patent next year they're coming out with another metriod game
 
Oh yeah, I was thinking about getting Prime Trilogy when it was first announced, but hadn't played any of the other ones. So once they announced Other M I was hooked and bought Zero Mission and Super Metroid. Well Worth it. Already ordered Prime.
 
The Metroid Trilogy is a great game(s) especially if you have never played any of them (3 in one disc... yay)!, the preorder was a real steal too at 45 dollars for a shirt and poster thrown in... Guitar Hero started going downhill after the sequel IMO. I'm waiting for DJ Hero myself xD

On topic though, I still stand by what I said earlier. Get MPT, seriously. I have all three originals and I'm still considering buying the trilogy edition just for the Wii controls.
 
Metroid, duh. Setlists are getting crappier in guitar hero.
 
Seriously, it's like I'm the only one who actually likes Guitar Hero more now. I didn't get the first three because I didn't like the tracklisting, but got WT and if I had money I'd have gotten 5 too. I think base tracklisting's better than Rock Band, but Rock Band has better DLC.

I already got Prime trilogy and I think it's great how faithful it is to the side scrollers.
