Hello. I am downloading the video in epigraph, however, it is the original Japanese version and I cannot find the English subtitles.

Would you please help me finding it?

Any media player should do (I guess), as long as you have the correct plugins.
 
You downloaded the version without subs. At the buttom of the tracker page you see this text: "NOTE: Movie 8 Sub has [SUB] in its title; the other is RAW. No Dub release is announced."
The subbed one is named "[PM]Pocket Monsters AG Movie 3 - Mew and the Hero of The Wave Lucario[SUB]". It consists of three files named "[PM]Pocket_Monsters_AG_Movie_3_-_Mew_and_the_Hero_of_The_Wave_Lucario[SUB].sfv", "[PM]Pocket_Monsters_AG_Movie_3_-_Mew_and_the_Hero_of_The_Wave_Lucario[SUB][Part_1][E7359542].avi" and "[PM]Pocket_Monsters_AG_Movie_3_-_Mew_and_the_Hero_of_The_Wave_Lucario[SUB][Part_2][3EF04830].avi"

Yeah it did. I live in Australia and got it a few days ago and have watched it 4 times now. It's the best movie I've seen so far.

To the topic creator.
If you want it early then you could just order it from Australia but I do kind of suggest that maybe waiting for the American version is a better idea. We didn't get much special features at all with it and that really stunk. Though I'm not complaining too much, I payed $16 Australian dollars for it which is quite cheap here for a movie.^-^
