Mew Giveaway in the UK

Okay, hi guys, I've not posted here in a very long time, so forgive me if I'm doing something wrong with every letter, or I've posted this in the wrong place completely, but I'm heading to my local Game Store here in the UK tomorrow (Monday 22nd), to get me a Mew.... Or 4! I have Pokémon X and Y, and Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. I'm working towards getting a Pokédex and a few badges in AS and Y, and have beaten the Elite 4 in OR and X. Is this enough to get the Mew? Or do I have to get to a certain point in each game?? I know Mew is Level 100, but normally all you need do is have the Pokédex and MAYBE a few badges.

Anybody know the truth??
