im shocked nobody has done this yet like the two most powerfull pokemon that werent created by arceus well Mewtwo vs Deoxys like deoxys overall not speed attack defence like deoxys ofcourse mine is Mewtwo

Both had awesome movies, but Mewtwo's was slightly better. Both also had great roles in the Special manga. Both have good designs, but again, I like Mewtwo's a bit more. Mewtwo's supposedly a beast in battle, but I never use legendaries anyway.

Mewtwo, but Deoxys definitely still has my respect.
 
Mewtwo has the spoon, but Deoxys has the tentacles.

I don't know which one.
 
Mewtwo's got a better backstory. Dyoxys is an alien. Mewtwo is a clone of the origonal pokemon, and the entire reason for team rocket's plot. his movie was better, his design is better, Mewtwo would beat dyoxses in a fight, but, Dyoxyes is more usefull.

however. Mewtwo wins.
 
Why fight? they should join together and rule the universe!

Seriously, together they would destroy any pokemon that comes their way
 
First vote for Deoxys ftw!

Being an alien makes him more epic.
 
I also placed my vote on Deoxys for its cool factor, and I am not surprised that the majority went for Mewtwo, because well, he's the first Legend that game people trouble and is awesome, especially the first movie.
 
Mewtwo because it has decent defenses and has excellent offense. With Deoxys it's one or the other.
 
Deoxys. Because its a mutated virus from outer space!

Attack Forme raeps everything.

Defense Forme stops everything in its tracks.

Speed Forme is the fastest Pokemon in existence.

Normal Forme is okay.

In a battle, if Doexys could change forms at will, like the anime, then it would win without a doubt.
 
Mewtwo, from Kanto pride.
 
Deoxys would outspeed Mewtwo and destry it with a ridiculously strong Shadow Ball.

You saw the movie right? It took a hyper beam to the face and was like meh, whats ur point, i'll come back years later and kick ur ass.

Though I don't deny that Mewtwo is cool as well lol

He's not. He's just a powerfull clone of the supposedly most rare pokémon in existance. Nothing more.

His design is clearly inspired from Giegue (Giygas in EarthBound) from MOTHER 1. Ape Inc. (who worked on the first 2 games of the MOTHER series) is Creatures Inc. (if you don't know them you should get off this forum).
That's what I meant with the based on an alien thing. Notice how I said "based on" not "is"?
As for the evil part, here are some quotes from Mewtwo's various Pokédex entries over the years: "It's the most savage of all Pokémon" "It's vicious" "Scientists FAILED to give it a compassionate heart".
Is that evil enough for ya?
 
Mewtwo is infinitely more Badass than Deoxys.
