Welcome everyone to the beginning of my new fanfic Middle School, this fic is somewhat of a mini fic I've been thinking of, it revolves around the characters of my now finished fic Pokemon New Generation: a New Beginning, you don't need to read the first fic to read this one since I'll just write some of the stuff that happened just in case.

Although if you want to read, I left a link up there, although I have to warn that the first chapters aren't that good since I was still a rookie when I wrote them.

So I hope you enjoy and that you'll post.

MIDDLE SCHOOL
Prologue
The calm town of Pallet, a town where peace reigns over all, and where people and Pokémon live together in harmony. This town that has been known as the town where a lot of famous trainers and Pokémon masters live. This is where our story begins, once again.

A two floored Yellow house with a red roof and a giant wind work was standing over the hill that looked over Pallet Town. A man was walking across the hall of the lab, he had a spiky brown hair and a pair of blue eyes he was also wearing a lab coat, although you could see his black shirt and purple pants under it. “Where’s that kid.”

Then he heard the sound of a lightning striking down from the backyard. “Figures,” he sighed and started walking towards the field that was on the back of the house, there were a lot of Pokémon playing around as they all looked at the person who was training with his Pikachu by the other side. “Hey, shouldn’t you be heading to school.”

“Oh come on, I’m almost done with my new technique,” the kid turned around and chuckled, he had a red jacket on which had white sleeves and a white sipper, although he was wearing the shirt open at the moment, he had a black shirt under it and a messy black hair to match. He was also wearing a pair of jeans a red hat and a heart shaped necklace on his neck. “School can wait, right Pikachu,” the kid turned to look at the yellow rat, who nodded.

“Yeah, like he’s gonna tell you that it matters,” Gary Oak chuckled as he walked over to the kid. “Listen Ashian, you’re in eight grade and you’ll be graduating in a few months, so it wouldn’t hurt to get some studying done,” Gary exclaimed although Ashian had already stopped paying attention. “Plus, if your mom finds out I let you come into my lab instead of going to school again, she’ll kill me, now go.” He grabbed Ashian, turned him around and pushed him a bit.

“Okay, but I’ll be back after school, see ya Pikachu,” Ashian waved as he ran over to the entrance of the garden and grabbed a black bag, which he started wearing single strap.

“That kid just doesn’t changes,” Gary sighed. “Even my own son is more responsible, even with how rebellious he has shown to be,” Gary looked at the Pikachu as he grabbed a pokeball and returned it. “In you go.”

“Damn it, he was right, I am late.” Ashian grunted as he looked at his watch and picked up the pace, he not only had to get down the hill but he also had to take the bus to get to his school. “School really is a drag when you think about it.”

Ashian Trainer, born and raised in Pallet. It’s been two years since Ashian ended his journey around Kanto, Ashian’s journey came with a lot of struggles, but he also met a lot of friends that helped him out, not only to get to the Pokémon League but to defeat Team Dark an evil organization that was trying to control the power of the Dark Aura and use it to destroy the world. With the help of his friends and the Pokémon Warriors a group of trainers who have been trained to use Aura they managed to save the world.

But that’s not all; Ashian also participated in the Indigo Plateau where he won second place after losing to Lucas, the Sinnoh champion who was also revealed to be his half brother.

Now after two years his life is back to normal, being thirteen now and going to eighth grade and only a month away from graduating Ashian has to focus on the thing he fails at the most. Studying.

“I miss the old days when I could get up whenever I wanted,” Ashian grunted as he ran over to the bus stop that was in Pallet. He went to Pallet Town Middle School, but the school was actually far from the town, almost near Viridian City, so he had to take a bus to get there.

Ashian sat down and stretched for a few minutes as the bus approached the stop he got up and walked inside as he looked for a seat. “Well, and so starts another day of boredom,” he sat down and looked at the field outside of his window as the bus drove off.

The bust finally came to a stop as Ahsian got off and looked at the school that was in front, a tall red building about two stories tall was standing right in front, it was surrounded by a front yard full of benches and plants; it also had a fountain in the middle, which was sprinkling water out. Ashian walked past the gate as he entered the front yard, looking at all of the students that were walking around either going into the building or going to talk to their friends.

“Look who finally showed,” Ashian turned around to look at the spiky red haired kid that was walking towards him, he was wearing a dark green jacket and had a black shirt under it, and he had a pair of green eyes and was wearing a pair of black jeans and sneakers. “I can’t believe I got up later than you did and yet I got here earlier, your mom really thought you got up early this time.”

“Oh, hey Henry, I stopped by the lab for some training,” Ashian said as he chuckled, Henry was an old friends of his, the first one he met in his journeys while he was travelling in Viridian Forest, Henry was training to be a Pokémon Warrior at the time, but with Ashian’s help the two managed to run away from the temple and go out on a journey together, after it ended Henry decided to stay with Ashian rather than going back to Viridian Forest.

“Can’t you forget about training for a sec, you need to raise your grades a bit,” Henry exclaimed as Ashian just shrugged in an uninterested manner. “Sometimes you really know how to piss a guy off dude,” he followed Ashian after he started walking towards the building.

“Yeah, but it gets really boring I mean, nothing exciting really happens around here.” Ashian argued at the two started walking in the school halls, trying not to collide with any of the other kids that were walking to class. “Okay, just let me leave some books here and then I’ll be ready to go,” Ashian turned to one of the lockers as he opened it, it had a lot of pictures of Pokémon, some pictures of him with his friends and the cover of a magazine with his picture on it, although the covered seemed to be old.

“You still have that there?” Henry asked, referring to the cover as he looked at it.

“Those were my fifteen minutes of fame, I’m not about to forget them,” Ashian chuckled as he closed the locker, almost crushing Henry’s head with the door.

“You could’ve killed me with that!” Henry yelled but Ashian was just laughing his ass off as he started running to his classroom. “And he didn’t listen to what I said,” Henry sighed and followed.

Ashian and Henry made their way towards the classroom as the bell rang. “We made it, at least, kind off,” he turned towards his teacher, who was glaring at him and Henry. “Okay, we’re freaking late again, happy.” Ashian frowned.

“That’s not what he meant you see,” Henry laughed nervously as he blushed when he saw the whole class staring at him. “It’s his fault…see ya.” He walked over to his seat and sat down as Ashian looked at him with a shocked expression.

“So much for all for one and one for all,” Ashian grunted as he turned back to look at his teacher. He had a well combed silver hair, which kind of glowed with the light from the sun, it was actually blinding if you looked at it well; he had a pair of blue eyes that intimidated anyone that even tried to look deep into them, and he was wearing a blue vest matched with a pair of blue pants and a red tie.

“Tenth time this month Ashian,” the teacher sighed as he turned around and walked towards his desk. “Frankly I’m tired of this, so just go sit down and we’ll deal with this later.”

“Okay,” Ashian rolled his eyes as he started walking towards his seat, hearing his classmates saying words like (loser) or (dumbass) as he passed. Ashian grunted a bit as he sat down, two years ago he was the most popular kid in Pallet Town and now, he went from a hero to a zero in a flash.

“Hey, it was a bit rough,” Henry said to one of the classmates that were insulting Ashian; but frankly Ashian didn’t care what Henry did after snitching on him.

“Okay everyone, get your books out, and we’ll begin.” The teacher said to the class, but he turned to the clock for a sec as Ashian heard him murmured something.

“Meh, whatever” he shrugged as he took his book out and put it on the desk, after that he just rested his head. “Might as well catch up on my sleep.” He said as he dove into a deep slumber; putting his hat on so that no one will notice.

Henry just sighed after noticing Ashian had fallen sleep again; which obviously wouldn’t end well if the teacher saw him.

Suddenly Ashian felt something bounced off his neck, something cold and metallic, it was just a small touch; but enough to wake him up. He opened his eyes as he looked at the golden necklace he was wearing, noticing it was bouncing around his neck he just grabbed the hard it had reading the name once again after reading it thousands of times before in the last two years. “Alexa,” he muttered, a gift he received from his old travelling partner, a very energetic girl he met in his journey, who he bonded with for so long, as far as to even develop a crush for her, something which couldn’t really be. “This is the only reminder, I wonder how she’s doing, it’s been two years after all?” he looked out the window.

Henry looked at Ashian from his seat, noticing everything he was doing. In the past two years he had always noticed, no matter how hard he tried Ashian would always go back to thinking about Alexa. “Can’t he just move on,” Henry grunted.

“Now class, I finally got the word that our new student just got here,” the teacher turned to the class as they all looked at him. “Apparently Ashian’s not the only one for a tendency to be late, anyways.” He walked over to the door and opened it as a girl walked in.

All of the boys turned to look at the girl, mesmerized by her looks as the girls looked at her to check out the competition. Ashian was still staring at the window, not caring if she was cute; if in the end she’ll end up being like all the others.

“Ashian, you gotta turn around and see this.” Henry started pushing Ashian, who grunted with every push he gave him.

“What is it!?” Ashian raised his head as his eyes met with the girls. She had beautiful hazel eyes, which looked like a combination of green and amber, she was wearing a long sleeve black shirt with a short yellow skirt, which showed her perfectly sculpted legs, she was also wearing a pair of longs black socks and pink sandals, her hair was cut, and was combed to the side so that people could see her face perfectly, and she was wearing a Butterfree hair pin.

“Do you always yell like this?” she asked with a giggle.

“Okay class, allow me to present to you our newest student, Alexa Rose,” the teacher introduced the girl as everyone got up to either see her more clearly or to walk over and say hi to her, all this while Ashian was dumbfounded and his necklace fell off to his desk.

Alexa walked over to him and grabbed the necklace as everyone in the class looked at her in shock. “I think it’s time you return this to me don’t you,” she smiled.

Maybe the last couple of weeks wouldn’t be so boring after all.

Next Chapter: Under the same Moon
hope you liked it, and remember to review on any mistakes that I made or any suggestions you have.

Interesting. Ashian is the typical slacker in school. Funny how a hero can be a zero within a couple of years.(Shows how everyone appreciated him <_<). Alexa makes a surprising return. I wonder if this will be like Pokemon Academy

So I'm pretty sure there would be similar problems like self-esteem issues, change in bodies. Is it going to be a semi-shojo?

This is a really good story, and it keeps my attention.
I has good description, but I did see a few spelling errors. I'll be reading.

And for some reason, Ashian reminds me of Red from Pokemon Special.

Hm, Red's a slacker?

And last time I checked, there was no normal schools in Pokémon. Just trainer schools. (Red sweats like this: )

Little heads up, this chapter is an example on why this fic is supposed to be PG-14

Chapter 1: Under the Same Moon
The final bell rang as everyone around the school started running out screaming of joy to the fact they could do what they wanted all afternoon, the buses were getting filled up and the teachers where trying to keep order; to a certain level of course. Meanwhile Ashian and Henry were by their lockers talking. “I can’t believe it, what is she doing here to begin with, and why isn’t she with us?” Ashian asked him.

“I don’t know, maybe we should talk to her.” Henry shrugged, after Alexa got to the classroom Ashian had been jumpy all day, so much he actually paid attention in class; which was good of course but weird for him. “She shouldn’t be too far away could she,” he shrugged.

“Yeah,” Ashian answered while still having a frown; not that he didn’t like having Alexa around, after all the two did have a lot of fun while they travelled together; but it was so sudden, not just that but besides the supposed greeting she gave him when she got to the classroom they hadn’t talked the whole day. “Let’s go.” Henry nodded and the two headed out to find Alexa.

After a few minutes of looking they finally found her talking to a couple of girls outside of school. Ashian walked over as they all turned around. One of the girls had a frown on her face, she had green eyes, a long lush blue hair, she was wearing a black shirt with a pair of tight jeans and she had a bracelet on her hand. “What do you want?” she asked.

“To not talk to you Emily, now move it,” Ashian and Emily exchanged frowns, they two had known each other from preschool, but then again knowing each other doesn’t mean liking each other as the two were always fighting because of their differences. The other girl looked at Emily, she had red hair and a pair of brown eyes and she was wearing a blue skirt with a red shirt.

“Let’s go Rena, we don’t need to speak to dorks like him,” Emily turned to her friend and then to Alexa. “We’ll see you at the party tonight okay,” she smiled and then walked off with her friend.

“Boy you sure know how to charm a girl,” Alexa said to him with a small chuckle on her face. “Haven’t changed much have you,” she waved at Henry, as she and Ashian exchanged looks. “You know I was surprise to find out that you’re not only the slacker of this school, but you’re not that popular either,” she pointed out jokefully.

“It’s not that I’m not popular, people just don’t know what how to appreciate a genious.” Ashian shrugghed and then shook his head to try and get back to what he was going to ask her. “Anyways, what are you doing here, did Lucian send you here so that your mom would stop getting in your business.”

“Actually, no.” Alexa shook her head. “My mom sent me here.” She answered, confusing both Ashian and Henry. “You see, my dad has been training around Pallet, and since it’s been months since I’ve seen him she thought it’ll be great that I’ll come here.” She explained to them, actually helping them understand the issue better.

“Wait, Lucian’s in town,” Henry had an amused grin on his face, yep Alexa was the daughter of the famous ex Elite 4 member Lucian, something that he and Ashian never forgot after they knew about it.

“Well, yeah, the Pokémon World Championships are held in three years, so he wants to get a kick start on training, thinking that he can get back on the horse, frankly I think he’s too old,” Alexa frowned; like any daughter having a dad who still wants to see if he’s got what it takes to fight with Pokémon kind of embarrassed her.

“Really, I think your dad’s kinda cool,” Ashian laughed. “So, that explains why you’re here, now, why haven’t you talked to us since you got here?” Ashian asked as he frown came back.

Alexa showed him a picture of her in a magazine standing next to Lucian. “This stupid thing, ever since the Pokémon league two years ago I got the press on my back, you know being the daughter of Lucian and all, the fact that I was coming here was put in every single magazine around the world!” Alexa exclaimed putting the magazine back.

“Oh I see, at least the press is following someone,” Henry chuckled, referring to the fact that Alexa lost to Ashian in the first round of the tournament while Ashian ended up in second place, and yet she gets more publicity.

“Shut it!” Ashian growled at Henry; hating when people made references to his bad luck in publicity. “Well, what matters is that the three of us are back together.”

“Yeah, I’m happy for that too, sorry for not talking to you guys, it’s just that people have been crowing around and have stopped me from actually doing what I want.” Alexa apologized giving Ashian and Henry puppy dog eyes, which made them give up instantly. “Always works,” she grinned.

“Anyways, let’s go, we can go see your new house,” Ashian smiled as he walked over to Alexa and turned to Henry.

“I can’t go, I have basketball practice,” Henry apologized, he had joined the basketball team at the beginning of the year; which took a lot of his free time out and left Ashian alone most of the time. “But we’ll talk later, see ya,” he waved and walked away.

“Okay, then, follow me,” Alexa said to Ashian as the two started walking off. As the two made their way to the bus station and waited for a bus that would take them to where Alexa lived. “So, what have you been up to?” she asked turning to look at Ashian.

“The usual, living, training with my Pokémon and well, not much.” Ashian pouted, noticing how boring his life was. “Since I finished my journey life hasn’t been so good, people liked me at first, but now I’m just a waist,” he exclaimed with a sad look on his face.

“Boy do I wish that was my life.” Alexa told him, surprising him while doing so. “I mean, you’re not the center of attention, you can do what you want, it’s the opposite for me,” Alexa nodded her head and then got a grin. “So, any girlfriends,” she exclaimed causing Ashian to blush a bit.

“Sadly no, how about you?” Ashian answered and then asked.

“Well no girlfriends contrary to what a lot of people might say,” she laughed getting Ashian to blush most after he noticed that he wasn’t really specific on his question. “But I’ve had a couple of boyfriends over the years,” she answered.

“Well, that’s to be expected,” Ashian nodded his head, after all Alexa was a really cute girl, one that any guy would like to go out with; and he knew it after spending so much time with her and sharing some kisses with her; but he never did think back to what would’ve happened if they had decided to become boyfriend and girlfriend instead of staying friends because of the problem that they lived in different cities.

And now that he looked, she was really different compared to the Alexa he used to know, her body was different to begin with, calculating she was probably fourteen already. She had nice curves around her body, and it was noticeable since her shirt didn’t cover her stomach, nice shaved legs that were perfect for a girl her age; she didn’t looked like she had breasts though but they weren’t that small either; and turning her back you could see her nicely shape buttocks.

“Hey, Ashian you feeling okay?” Alexa turned to look at Ashian who was red as a tomato and giggling like an idiot. “Hey wake up!” she yelled making him go back to earth rather fast.

“Sorry, got carried away,” Ashian laughed trying to shrug away the fact that he was just checking her out. The bus finally got the station; much to Ashian’s pleasure since he didn’t want to extend the conversation as he and Alexa got up.

While in the bus Alexa spent most of the time looking out of the window, still amazed at how beautiful and lush the plants around Pallet Town were, it all looked like a giant forest; but the way the people took care of it made it look really beautiful and was really a great sight to see. “Now I get why you were always talking about this when we were travelling, it’s great.” She smiled as she looked back at Ashian.

“Really, I’m glad you like it,” Ashian laughed happy that Alexa was enjoying herself, and frankly he was enjoying himself just by being with her. “So, did you bring your Pokémon with you?” he asked.

“Yep, they’re back at my house if you want to have a battle,” Alexa pointed out as she sat in a way that would help her look at Ashian.

“Don’t have them, can’t bring them to school remember,” Ashian nodded his head; he was really expecting to at least have a small battle with Alexa, for all times sake and all that.

The bus finally stopped as Ashian and Alexa got off. “Well, let’s go,” there were some steps right in front of the bus stop as Alexa started to run. “Last one up there’s a rotten egg,” she joked as she started running.

‘That’ ain’t gonna be me,” Ashian argued as he followed her, trying hard to catch up to her.

Ashian gasped after he and Alexa got to the top, as he looked at the house standing right there, it was made of wood, but it looked like one of those vacation houses people have in the forest, it had two floors, which were divided by a terrace that was in the second one, a red room that extended all throughout the house, except to the back, there was a terrace connected to a pier which had a straight path to the lake that was behind the house. “This is so awesome.”

“You think,” Alexa just shrugged as she walked over to the door. “Come on, unless you wanna stay there,” she got inside, this got Ashian to react as he followed her.

After they got inside the house Ashian started looking around, the living room was full of shelves, it had a big purple rug on the floor with a desk over it, right in front of it was a big screen TV, and on the other side of the desk a purple couch. The living room connected to the rest of the house, on the right corner were the stairs that took to the floor above, and to the left was the kitchen and the door that took to the pier. “Dad’s probably outback,” Alexa shrugged as she threw her backpack down.

“Hey, wanna trade houses!” Ashian laughed after putting his backpack next to Alexa; figuring it wouldn’t be wrong to do it. “Let’s go see your dad then,” he stated but noticed that she had already gone to talk to him. “You could at least wait!” he exclaimed.

Ashian finally found out where she had gone to, amazed by what he saw. She went to the pier, there was a boat floating right next to it, but all the way to the front were various white platforms, which looked a lot like the platforms that are used in water battlefields. “Hey dad,” Alexa ran over to the man that was standing on the bridge, which was indeed Lucian.

Lucian turned around to look at his daughter. “Oh, Lexie, you’re back, I lost track of time,” he hugged his daughter and then looked at his watch. “Guess I was too focus on training, okay guys take a break.” He turned towards the Bronzong and Alakazam that were standing on the platforms, both of them looked pretty beat up.

“Oh, I brought a visit by the way,” Alexa turned around so that Ashian could walk over.

“Hey sir,” Ashian waved nervously, even though he had already met Lucian he still was pretty shocked and pretty nervous to be in front of such a great trainer. “Been a long time hah,” he laughed.

“Oh Ashian, it’s nice to see you again.” Lucian greeted him as he and Alexa walked over. “I was actually expecting to see you after I remembered you lived here,” he smiled and patted Ashian’s shoulder. “So are you doing okay, how’s training.”

“Good, still doing what I can to get better, I guess you’re doing the same thing.” Ashian ruffled the back of his head.

“Yeah, well World Championship in three years, I wanna have a head start.” Lucian explained. “Now that I think about it, the age requirement for a trainer to compete is sixteen or older; maybe you’ll get your shot at it too.” He exclaimed.

“I sure hope so, although it’s been a long time since I had a battle that sharpened my skills.” Ashian scratched his cheek, feeling a little embarrassed at how much Lucian praised him.

“Hey, if you guys are done,” Alexa got their attention, she was back inside the house. “I’m hungry, dad do we have any cookies or something.”

“Um yeah, I think they’re in the top shelf,” Lucian walked over to where Alexa was so that he could help her out. Ashian just chuckled, liking the fact his day took a well deserved turn for the better as he walked over to the Lucian and Alexa were.

After fifteen minutes of looking around they served some cookies on the table and started talking, each of them getting into the conversation at their own pace. “Oh by the way, what was that about a party that Emily mentioned back at school?” Ashian asked turning to look at Alexa.

“Oh, it’s nothing really, she just wanted to invite me to her birthday party.” Alexa answered as she took a bite out of her cookie.

“You can go if you want,” Lucian stated getting Alexa to look at him with a surprised look.

“Really, wow, I didn’t even ask you,” she smiled as she put the cookie down. “Wanna come with, being new and all I’ll feel better if you’re there.” She said after turning to look at Ashian, who blushed as his cookie slipped from his hand.

“Well, it’s just, I’m not really part of that crowd, so I wouldn’t really be comfortable,” he ruffled the back of his hair trying to get rid of his blush.

“Don’t worry, we won’t leave each other’s sight, unless we’re going to the bathroom of course,” she rolled her eyes. “Come on, you’re not the type to reject an invitation.”

“Okay, okay, I’ll go, since you’re so determined,” Ashian chuckled as he got up from the couch. “So I better call my mom and tell her I’m gonna be home late.” He walked over to the phone nearby as he started dialing.

“You guys make such a cute couple,” Lucian said getting Alexa to glare at him.

“Dad, we’re not a couple!” she yelled while blushing; also getting Ashian to blush although no one could see it since he was facing the wall.

“Whatever you say.” Lucian chuckled.

Ashian and Alexa got down from the bus that took them to Pallet Lake, which was a circuit of beautiful and expensive houses that were in the outskirts of Pallet Town; this houses were famous because normally the only ones that can live there are the richest in Pallet. “Welcome to snob central,” Ashian sighed, hoping everything went right.

“I’m sure it’ll be fine,” Alexa grabbed his hand as the two started walking towards the house that was supposed to be Emily’s. Ashian was already seeing some of the kids from school, all of them looked at them, giving them weird looks because of the rare pair up; and he could even hear some people saying that Alexa was out of his league.

They finally got to her house, a big white house that was full of people and you could hear music coming from everywhere around. Alexa and Ashian went inside, since the door was open. “Wow, they really got at it at these parties,” she mentioned as she looked at all the kids that were dancing some of them crashed against them because of the fact they weren’t looking. By the corner of the room you could see a couple of boys putting some beer in their soda.

“Yeah, we better be careful,” Ashian said with a nervous look on his face as he and Alexa got outside to the backyard where things weren’t so different, there was a table full of gifts, and right next to it there was a pool, and like any pool in a party there were people swimming and partying inside of it, some of the boys and girls were even making out right there and then.

“I thought Pallet was more responsible, I feel like I’m back in the city.” Alexa pointed out looking at Ashian.

“Yeah, we’re like werewolves, good in the day, but total disasters in the night,” Ashian stated nodding after making his point.

“Oh Alexa you came,” Alexa looked at the pool as Emily came out of the pool; she was wearing a blue bikini top and bottom. Ashian looked away a bit, sure he hated her but she still looked pretty good in a bathing suit. “It’s good that you…why’s he here?” she asked looking over at Ashian.

“He’s my friend, so I decided to bring him over,” Alexa answered, trying her best to keep a greeting smile, but ready to change it to a frown if Emily kept making remarks about Ashian.

“So, why don’t you get in?” Emily moved aside so that Alexa could get a clear view of the pool, seeing a couple of guys waving at her.

“Those don’t look like middle schoolers?” Alexa looked at Emily.

“They’re not, but I won’t tell if you don’t,” Emily winked at her, as if trying to get Alexa to know what she was referring to.

“No thank you,” Alexa answered. “Let’s go get some food Ashian,” she turned to Ashian who nodded while walking towards the snack table.

“Come on, we thought you’ll be cool, you know being a celebrity’s daughter and all that crap,” she said as she pulled Alexa back. “Or do you rather hang around that loser.”

“Okay, you should probably shut up now,” Alexa casted her hand aside making Emily let go. “Ashian’s my friend and it’s bad enough that no one respects him,” Alexa exclaimed.

“I’m sure once you get a taste of the pool you’ll change your mind,” Emily grinned as she suddenly pushed Alexa off the edge as she fell into the pool, making a big splash as a lot of water was sent out.

“Alexa,” Ashian ran over as he took off his jacket and jumped in; even though Alexa knew how to swim after falling like that it would not be surprising if she wasn’t able to get herself out of the pool, Ashian finally reached her as the two floated back to the top, looking at everyone that was crowding around the pool. “Come on let’s go,” Ashian helped her get out of the pool as he put his jacket over here.

Alexa glared at Emily and everyone that would dare to make a comment about what just happened. “You were right Ashian, it was stupid to come in the first place.” She frowned.

Then a huge explosion was heard from the grass field nearby, an explosion that shook everyone in the party. “What the hell was that?” Ashian asked himself as he and Alexa ran over to see what was happening, right there and then under the moonlight was one of the rarest Pokémon a person could see, the Pokémon that represented the moon, with its crescent moon like head and it’s blue swam like body that was floating a above the ground and two purple rings spinning around its body. Yep it definitely was the Legendary Pokémon Cresselia.

“No way, it’s a legendary Pokémon, but what’s it doing here?” a lot of the people at the party asked themselves that question as they looked at Cresselia.

“Ashian, this doesn’t look good,” Alexa and Ashian exchanged worried looks, that a legendary Pokémon would simply show itself in front of a crowd of people was a really bad thing to happen when you thought about it well enough.

It was then that Ashian noticed Cresselia’s eyes beginning to glow. “Close your eyes quickly,” Ashian advised as he and Alexa did just that as they heard Cresselia let out a melodic sound that soon consumed everyone except the two of them as everyone else fell sleep. Then everyone started to shake and scream or even run while sleeping.

“What’s it doing?” Alexa asked turning to look at Ashian.

“First move was Rest, what surprises me is that instead of getting itself to sleep it got everyone else except for herself,” Ashian started explaining taking a step forward. “This one is Dream Eater, she’s causing nightmares to everyone that’s sleeped.” He then glared at Cresselia. “The thing is Cresselia’s a peaceful Pokémon, so why is it attacking here.”

“Who knows, but even if all of these people are jerks we still have to stop Cresselia from tormenting them,” Alexa got two pokeballs out as she threw them to the ground, then after the two lights that came out started to disappear a Raichu and a Swampert were standing in front of Cresselia.

“Yeah, good thing I transferred two Pokémon so that I could cause some trouble in the party if these guys got to snobby,” Ashian took out his own two pokeball as he threw them to the ground, sending out his Pikachu and Charizard. “Guys you better get yourself stretched fast because this is gonna be rough.”

Cresselia screamed as it fired blue colored beam from the tip of its head, the blue beam froze everything on its path as it headed towards the four Pokémon. ‘Dodge!” both Ashian and Alexa yelled as their Pokémon jumped out of the way.

“Raichu, use Thunder Wave,” Alexa ordered as her Raichu sent a small shockwave that coursed through Cresselia’s body. “Now Swampert, go in for a Mud Shot.”

“Pikachu, use Charge and Charizard you use Flamethrower,” Ashian ordered as Pikachu stayed behind its body beginning to glow. Meanwhile Charizard and Swampert both looked at each other before firing their respective attacks; Swampert fired a barrage of mud balls while Charizard fired a Flamethrower attack. Cresselie, tried to use something that could help it but the paralysis was stopping her.

Then the mud and fire combined creating a huge lava like bullet that crashed against Cresselia making it scream in pain as it floated a bit back. It raised its head as it charged towards Charizard and Swampert.

“Protect Swampert!” Alexa ordered as Swampert created a green barrier that blocked Cresselia’s Giga Impact.

“Charizard, use Flare Blitz!” Charizard surrounded itself with fire, a fire that burned the grass below it as it flew towards Cresselia crashing hard against it a pushing it back as Ashian and Alexa nodded to each other. “Pikachu,”

“Raichu.” Alexa and Ashian looked at their Pokémon.

“Thunder attack full charge!” they both yelled as Pikachu and Raichu fired two strong lightning bolts from their cheeks, the bolts crashed against Cresselia electrifying it completely as it created a huge explosion and a cloud of smoke. “Yeah,” they both said to each other as they high fived.

Just then the smoke was pushed away as Ashian and Alexa gasped to look at Cresselia, who looked even madder than before, it was hurt of course since it had scratched and wounds all over its body; but it was still able to go on. “It took all of those attacks and yet it’s still standing,” Alexa said with a shocked look.

Ashian got in front of her taking out his hat from his pocket as he put it on his head. “You stay back Alexa and let me handle this,” he said to her.

“What do you mean, it’s a legendary, the only way you could fight its if…no way,” Alexa gasped while Ashian nodded, stopping her from continuing her sentence.

“That’s right,” Pikachu and Charizard walked in front of their trainers assuming a battle stand. “The only way to beat Cresselia, is by using Full Synchro!” he yelled.

TO BE CONTINUED…

Note: Full Synchro is an ability that I created in the first fic, which allows a trainer and his or her Pokémon to fuse their minds completely, allowing the Pokémon to become stronger and faster and making the reaction time better; unfortunately any damage the Pokémon take will be shared with the trainer so it’s a dangerous technique.

Next Chapter: To Trust or Not to Trust

I liked this chapter. I did not expect to see Cressilia so early in the story. I was thinking you would go the time distortion plot like in Mystery Dungeon but you don't play it. I'm going to assume that an aura disruption is taking place

Due to a change in the plot of this chapter, I had to change the name of it.

Mind Games
“You’re not really thinking of using Full Synchro,” Alexa exclaimed as she looked at Ashian with a worried look; if he were to use Full Synchro and his Pokémon gat badly damage he could even die. “I thought you said you weren’t gonna use it anymore,” she said to him but Ashian just grinned and stepped forward.

“Charizard,” Ashian and Charizard exchanged glances as they faced against the enraged Cresselia; Cresselia just glared at them as she charged a Hyper beam. “Let’s do this,” Ashian clenched his fists as Charizard started to fly towards Cresselia. Cresselia fired the Hyper Beam that it was charging up as it surrounded Charizard. Then Charizard came flying out of the attack surprising Cresselia. Meanwhile Ashian was holding his arms closed to his face as his body had been burned a bit since he was sharing the pain along with Charizard.

“Now, Synchronicity Attack, Blazing Strike!” Ashian yelled as Charizard’s fists were surrounded with flames, it started to punch Cresselia over and over, letting out all of its rage towards it. Cresselia roared out in pain, and surprised as she received all of Charizard’s attacks head on. “Now, Synchronicity Attack Blazing Flame,” Ashian spread his arms wide as his body started glowing with a red light just like Charizard. “Now, Blast Burn!” he clenched his fist and punched the air.

Charizard sent out a jet of burning red flames, which sent heat waves so strong the burned, the grass that was under the waves. Cresselia was enveloped by the flames as it screamed in pain. Ashian fell to his knees as he put his hands on the floor to gain stability, Charizard did the same.

“Wow, I can’t believe it,” Alexa gasped as she saw Ashian and Charizard battle, although from the way they were battling she could notice that Ashian had practice a lot in the last couple of years. “Wait that’s it,” now she understood, why Ashian stayed in Pallet instead of going to battle against other opponents, or become more famous, it was all so that he could master Full Synchro without worrying about a reputation to hold.

When the smoke cleared Cresselia came out, really beat up but still able to fight even after taking all of those attacks. “No way,” Ashian grunted, trying to get back on his feet, but after the last rounds of attacks he was too tired to even stand up.
Cresselia looked at Ashian and Alexa and fired a Psy Beam towards Charizard, the beam was too strong and the dragon Pokémon fell to the ground with a loud thud. It started charging again but it was interrupted by an Energy Ball that crashed against its head. It turned to see it’s attacker. Standing not too far away where Henry and his Probopass. “Bet you guys are glad that I got here in time.” He gave his friends a thumb up.

Recognizing that even it couldn’t battle against three different trainers in its current state Cresselia turned to the river and started floating towards it. Then it started sinking in, till it disappeared. “What the hell was that about?” Henry asked.

“Don’t know, but we have to….” Ashian finally collapsed, but was caught by Alexa just in time so that he wouldn’t hit the floor.

“Hey Ashian, wake up, Ashian,” Alexa said as she tried to wake him up by hitting him gently on the face.

***

Ashian opened his eyes slowly, feeling a sharp pain course through his head as he looked up, he was looking at the roof of his bedroom. “What the hell,” he looked at his chest to see it wrapped with bandages he also had a band aid on his forehead. Ashian sat up as he looked around his room, which was less messy, although you could still see a pile of comic books and movies by the right corner of the room. “What happened, the last thing I remember was Cresselia leaving,” Ashian covered his eyes after noticing the small gleam of light that came from the shut curtains.

Ashian got up from his bet and tried to walk towards the door; which was hard since every step sent a shockwave of pain running down his body. He finally opened the door, hearing voices downstairs he walked towards the stairs and started walking down, no matter how much it hurt. After he finally got down the stairs he saw his mom sitting on the couch putting some earrings on. His mom’s name was Cindy, she had a long brown hair and blue eyes most of the time, she was wearing a black short sleeve shirt with a black skirt. “Oh, you’re up dear,”

“Mom, what happened?” Ashian asked walking over to his mom seeing if he could try and at least get a clear answer about his missing memory.

“Well, yesterday, Alexa and Henry came to the house carrying you,” Cindy answered getting up from the couch. “I was really worried when I saw you.” She walked over to Ashian to check if she was okay. “She told me what happened at the party, didn’t I tell you to not use that technique again,” she scolded him, since Ashian had told her everything about Full Synchro and its consequences.

“I know, but it was a last resort thing,” Ashian shook his head and looked straight into his mom’s eyes. “So, it was something that I just had to do,” he nodded his head.

“Okay, I guess you’re right,” Cindy nodded her head and then walked over to the door. “You’re lucky I’m not letting you go to school today, so just rest,” she said before leaving for work.

Ashian just threw himself on the couch, noticing that there was a pokeball on the desk. “You can come out,” he sent out his Pikachu who landed on the floor as it looked at Ashian. It just jumped on the couch and started playing with its trainer. “We need to train more if we wanna get stronger, but too much work is bad for the body.” The Pikachu nodded its head. “So, we’ll just rest for now,” Ashian laughed.

Meanwhile…

Alexa and Henry were at school thinking about the events of the day before, not paying any attention to what their teacher was telling them. “I’m still worried, I thought Ashian had stopped using Full Synchro,” Alexa looked over at Henry.

“He’s been training with it lately, but I didn’t think he’ll go this far using it,” Henry said while clenching onto his pencil, in truth he and Ashian haven’t hanged out a lot lately, with his sports Ashian spends most of the time alone at home or training at Oak’s lab. “I should’ve watched him better.”

“You’re not his sitter Henry don’t worry,” Alexa patted his back to try and make him feel better. “We all make mistakes anyways.” She turned to look at the teacher.

Alexa noticed a note that had fallen on her desk. She grabbed it and opened it. “I’ll wait for you behind the school’s gym locker room.” Was what the note said, she folded it back and looked around to try and see who might have sent it to her.

“What is it?’ Henry asked.

“Nothing, it’s nothing,” she waved her hand while smiling to try and convince him that she was okay.

“Okay,” Henry raised an eyebrow, but just turned back to looking at the board.

After class Alexa walked behind the locker rooms like the note said, wondering who called her and what that person wanted, she had brought her pokeballs hidden on her backpack anyways, so if anything were to happen; she would be ready for it. “I’m here!” she exclaimed after getting to the spot.

“You must be Alexa, it’s good to meet you,” Alexa looked over at a guy that came out from the edge of the wall, he was wearing a blue jacket with an aqua blue shirt under it, he had a long brown hair that covered the right side of his face, he had a pair of earphones hanging from his neck. “I thought you weren’t coming.”

“Don’t worry, we’re not going to do anything,” Alexa looked over as Emily walked out and stood next to the guy. “We just wanted to talk,” she nodded her head.

“I don’t need to talk to you,” Alexa glared preparing to grab one of her pokeballs at any moment.

“I just wanted to apologize about yesterday, it wasn’t right to treat you like that,” Emily shrugged and walked over to Alexa. “This is Saji, one of the school’s best Pokémon trainers.”

“Weird, I thought you guys weren’t interested in Pokémon.” Alexa grinned remembering what Ashian told her the day before. “So why should I believe you.”

“Because, I was the one controlling Cresselia after all,” Saji said getting Alexa to turn to look at him after a moment. “You see, I have that little gift, of sorts,” he grinned.

“Why?” Alexa asked, half believing what he said but she still wanted to hear an answer. “And how could it even be possible, Cresselia’s a legendary.”

“Mind control doesn’t have to do with a Pokémon being legendary or not, in the end they’re all still mindless creatures,” Saji took out a pokeball from his pocket and pointed it at Alexa. “How about it, if you beat me, I’ll tell you anything you want, but if you lose, you’ll be my little mind slave.”

“You’re on, you’re probably lying anyways,” Alexa took out one of her pokeballs. “So, I accept any and every condition you have!” she yelled as she threw her pokeball out releasing her Tyranitar.

“Tyranitar eh, I’ll use Tauros,” Saji threw his pokeball out releasing a Tauros who stomped on the floor.

“Are you seriously battling with a Tauros, you might as well give up already.” Alexa grinned and stretched out her hand. “Tyranitar, go and use Hyper Beam!” she commanded as Tyranitar charged an orange beam of energy in its mouth and fired it at Tauros.

“Use Headbutt.” Saji chuckled as Taurs started charging, Alexa raised an eyebrow, and telling Tauros to use a headbutt against a Hyper Beam was a suicidal move. Then she was shocked when she saw Tauro crashed against the Hyper Beam and easily go through it. “I bet you’re surprised now,” Saji chuckled as Tauros switched to a Body Slam, crashing against Tyranitar and pushing it back.

“Tyranitar, are you okay?” Alexa asked, Tyranitar just raised itself up and gave her a thumb up. “Okay, now use Double Edge,” Tyranitar started charging at Tauros at a great speed as it prepared to tackle it.

“You too,” Saji ordered, Tauros started using Double Edge as well, both Pokémon clashed against each other, trying to pull each other back with all the strength they had in them. “Now, Hyper Beam,” he ordered.

“Protect,” Alexa exclaimed as Tyranitar created a green barrier that protected it from the Tauros. ‘Now, use Arial Ace.” Tiranitar pushed itself forward as it slashed at Tauros with its claw. “Guess you’re not so good after all,” Alexa raised her hand as Tyranitar bit Tauros with a Crunch attack.

“Hey Saji, this wasn’t part of the plan,” Emily said to Saji. Saji grabbed his ear phones and put them on surprising both girls.

“Hey, you could at least pay attention!” Alexa yelled stomping on the ground.

“This got boring already,” Saji shook his head. “Tauros, use Giga Impact,” Tauros freed itself from Tyranitar’s grasp as it was surrounded by purple and yellow energy and tackled Tyranitar smashing hard against its armor making it topple over to the ground. “Now, use Stomp,” Tauros started stomping on Tyranitar over and over again.

“Hey stop it!” Alexa yelled.

“Admit my victory and I’ll stop,” Saji chuckled while looking at Alexa with an evil grin while Tauros kept stomping on Tyranitar, almost shattering its armor. “So, what’s it gonna be?”

“Okay, okay, you win,” Alexa exclaimed and fell to her knees, Tauros stopped stomping and was returned by Saji who was starting to walk over to Alexa.

“Good girl, you’re obeying already,” Alexa raised her head and glared at Saji. “But we’re gonna have to change that look,” he grinned as his eyes started glowing blue. “Now, Alexa Rose, you’ll do everything and anything I’ll tell you as we said.”

“Why would I…” suddenly Alexa felt her mind drifting away from her as her eyes started to close to a point where they were half close and half open. “Yes, I will,” she answered in a hypnotic tone.

“Good, now here’s your task,” Saji chuckled. “Go and kill Ashian Trainer,” she turned around and started walking off. “And if you fail, then kill yourself.” He said before walking off with Emily.

“Yes,” Alexa said as she got up and walked off.

“Okay, I’m good now,” Ashian said while stretching in the backyard, he was wearing a blue shirt with a pair of black training pants. “We have to exercise more Pikachu, Gallade, Charizard, get up!” he exclaimed as he looked at the sleeping Charizard. “I don’t care if you’re too big, you have to train.”

Gallade just patted Ashian’s back so that he would lay off on Charizard. ‘I guess you’re right, he did have a hard fight yesterday,” Ashian nodded his head in an understanding fashion.

He heard someone knock on the door. “Oh, that must be the pizza I called for,” he smiled and looked at his Pokémon giving him a raised eyebrow. “What, a person can exercise and eat pizza afterwards, there’s nothing wrong with that,” he shook his head and went to open the door.

“Hello,” Ashian opened the door surprised to see Alexa. “Oh, hey,” he said but she just came in. “You okay?” he asked as she turned around to look at her he noticed her eyes looked different. “Um, are you feeling sick or something.”

“Raichu, Thunderbolt,” she threw a pokeball as her Raichu came out and fired a jolt of electricity that hit Ashian straight on, making him scream in pain. His Pokémon rushed in immediately to see what was happening.

“What are you doing!?” Ashian exclaimed getting back up from the ground rather shakily.

“Following orders,” she said in a cold tone. “Raichu, Iron Tail.”

Pikachu leapt inside as it ran under Alexa’s legs and hit the Raichu with a Headbutt. The Raichu was taken aback as it turned to glare at Pikachu. “What orders, I don’t get this Lex?” Ashian said with a worried tone.

“Raichu, use Thunder!” Alexa yelled as Raichu fired a huge jolt of electricity at Pikachu, Pikachu jumped away and it hit the shelf nearby instead. “Keep at it.”

“Pikachu, we have to get outside,” Ashian grabbed Pikachu and ran outside so that Alexa would follow him. “There’s something wrong with Alexa, she looks different,” he pointed out as his Pokémon got in front of him. “Charizard, Pikachu return, go Buizel and Munchlax,” Ashian sent his Buizel and his Munchlax out into the garden as Alexa got out.

“Go, Swampert and Roserade.” Alexa sent out two more Pokémon making it an even three on three. “I will fulfill master Saji’s orders.”

“Saji, as in popular freak Saji, what does he have to do with this?” and before his question got answered Alexa’s Roserade charged forward and fired a barrage of glowing leafs. “Munchlax, use Metronome,” Munchlax wagged its fingers and got in front of the attack punching it with an icy fist, which turned the leafs into ice. “Now, Mega Punch.” Munchlax charged forward with a glowing fist, while Roserade’s left arm was glowing purple as both attack collided with each other.

“Let’s go,” he said to Buizel and Gallade as the two started running off; thinking that fighting in the forest would give them more space.

“Swampert, Raichu, let’s go,” Alexa and her two Pokémon started following Ashian while Roserade and Munchlax kept fighting.

“I still can’t figure it out though, what’s wrong with her,” Ashian looked back, Alexa was still keeping pace with him, and how not, she was probably even faster than him. “What’s happened to you Lex?” he asked.

Alexa didn’t answer as Swampert fired a Hydro Pump. Gallade got in front of Ashian putting its swords together to block the attack. ‘Buizel Sonic Boom!” Buizel jumped into the air as it fired a barrage of air shockwaves that headed straight for Swampert.

“Raichu, Reflect,” Alexa ordered, Raichu created a mirror like Barrier that blocked the attack. Then it charged at Buizel as it hit it with its tail. “Now Thunderbolt,” Raichu fired a jolt of electricity that consumed Buizel shocking him completely.

“Gallade, Close Combat on Swampert!” Ashian yelled as Gallade’s fists started glowing, it started punching Swampert and kicking it as hard as he could.

“Ice Punch,” Swampert grabbed Gallade and punched him with an icy fist freezing its torso. Ashian moved back and returned Buizel.

“Okay then, go Sceptile,” Ashian sent out his Sceptile who stretched its swords after coming out. He put his hands together and started focusing, making the wind move as his body was covered by a green aura. “Double Synchro,” he opened his eyes both of them with glares.

“Swampert, Hydro Cannon, Raichu Thunder!” Swampert fired a giant stream of water straight towards the Pokémon as Raichu fired a jolt of electricity, the two attacks combined with each other as they both headed towards their respective opponents.

“Double Synchro attack, King’s Slash!” Ashian yelled as Sceptile and Gallade both stretched their swords which started glowing. They moved simultaneously towards the attack and slashed it in half. Before Swampert and Raichu had time to react they started slashing all around without stopping.

Finally after a few more slashes both Pokémon fell to the ground. Ashian just looked at Alexa. “What’s wrong Alexa, please tell me.”

“My orders, either kill Ashian Trainer or kill yourself,” Ashian noticed a glow in her eyes, a bluish one at that. “I failed on killing you so,” she started raising her hands until they reached her neck as she started pressing against it.

‘No stop that!” Ashian yelled but Alexa just made even more pressure as she started to lose her breath. “Come on Alexa, you have to react, please,” he begged but to no avail as a bit of blood started to come out from her mouth. “I said stop it!” he yelled as he charged forward pushing Alexa to a tree as the two crashed and fell to the floor Alexa laying on top of Ashian. “Please, just stop it,” he put his arms around her.

“A…Ashian,” Alexa muttered before closing her eyes and falling unconscious.
