Hi! I would like to battle people, but under these spacial rules:

No evelutions, only first stage Pokemon like Shinx or Pichu.
No legendaries, this inclueds Rotom, Phonie, or Spiritomb.
The Pokemon must evolve into something, so you can't use Pokemon like Keckleon, Emogla, or Pachirisu.
DW Pokemon are allowed
Hack are allowed if they arn't to hacked. For exaple Aipom with Wonder Guard isn't allowed. But a Eevee with Air Lock and Blast Burn is allowed.
