Does anyone know what the ruling is if you forget to draw a card or you forget to pick up your prize card? I would like the offical rules that they use in the tournements. Thanks

For a basic mistake, such as forgetting to draw a card, the judge will probably assign a caution. On the second or third offense, they will be assigned a Warning, where they will be informed that a repeat offense may result in an escalated penalty, such as a Prize Card penalty or a Game Loss.

A Prize card penalty is when the judge gives the player who didn't commit the penalty to draw one of his or her Prize Cards.

In general, the punishment shouldn't be too harsh because the player forgetting to draw a card is only hurting themselves.
