For anybody that uses mIRC and hangs out in the #bulbagarden chat, on the same server there is a #mIRC (featuring some of bulbagarden's finest) which specializes in help with mIRC scripting. I hang out in there too, so if you are interested in learning or are learning and can't quite get something to work, drop by. If you are an mIRC scripting expert, then feel free to chill out and discuss whatever or help other users who wander in.

If you haven't had any experience programming, mIRC script is a good place to start, because it's very easy and lenient compared to most languages, and still instills important programming concepts. Even if you aren't planning on pursuing programming later in life, a little programming under your belt can help you think logically and therefore become a better problem solver.

It would be awesome to see some people there. Good luck in your mIRC scripting escapades!
