Hi! So I looked back at XY037 and some old DP eps and thought what it would be like if characters other than Ash, Pikachu, Serena, Clemont, Boonie and the TRio were shown in that weird mirror verse like Paul for example.

So, what do you think the alternate counterparts to characters we've seen before would be like in this weird backwards world compared to their main counterparts? You can pick any characters you want: main, side character, one-shot characters, human, pokemon. Doesn't matter.

This is the way I would imagine some alternate versions would be like:
  • Misty - Too nice to the point where she let people including her sisters walk all over her.
  • Togepi - maybe like the evil togepi in DP142
  • Brock - Oblivious to love like the main version of Ash. :p
  • May - perhaps a jungle girl like her manga counterpart Sapphire
  • Max - Shy and afraid to speak his mind.
  • Dawn - A total slob who can care less about her looks and hair.
  • Paul - A personality like BW Ash.
  • Iris - Sugarcoats everything she says. Loves ice type pokemon instead of dragon types.
  • Cilan - A stereotypical rude, snobby waiter type of guy who's always throwing insults.
  • Cameron - Smart! That's all i gotta say...
I'm not that creative, but I want to see what you people can come up with.

This is how they ended the Mirror World version of Best Wishes:

Did Mirror World Serena and Ash not kiss or did they? What do you think? Would Mirror World Serena doing more battles?

I actually had this idea for the Best Wishes characters ever since the Mirror World episode of XY aired in Japan-
  • Mirror World Iris: Has a very bubbly personality.
  • Mirror World Dent: Very unconfident and unsure.
  • Mirror World Shooty: Opens up to everyone easily.
  • Mirror World Cabernet: Kind and caring towards others.
  • Mirror World Kenyan: Is extremely lazy towards training.
  • Mirror World Kotetsu: Keeps on fobbing off his mistakes.
  • Mirror World Bel: A neat freak who keeps things in order.
  • Mirror World Langley: Is fearful of Dragon-type Pokémon.
  • Mirror World Virgil: Clumsy as a Pokémon rescue worker.
So Mirror World Kotetsu; I know everyone would do the same thing, so I decided to be different regarding his character.

And yes, I based Dent's personality on his game counterpart (the one who keeps on stuttering his words when he talks).

Keeping these brief because if I go into more detail I know I will go overboard and I don't want to end up writing a fanfic.

  • Mirror Satoshi started his journey off unsure of himself, and was so nervous he was the first to arrive at the laboratory. He was greeted warmly by a Pikachu Dr. Okido had and begged to have him as his starter Pokemon. However, after being chased by a flock of wild Onisuzume and sending his new Pikachu out to protect him, Pikachu quickly lost any respect for the trainer and started misbehaving. The two managed to escape, and any confidence Mirror Satoshi had built was shattered.
  • Mirror Musashi is incredibly modest about her appearance but also very secure about her status in the world. She is patient and level-headed but can never really express herself fully, often times repressing her emotions. As a result she comes off rather cold and distant at times, though never out of malice. She does still try to come off as affectionate to those that she cares about, but it's rarely ever sincere. She has no interest in Contests, Showcases, or any type of performing-- not because she is intimidated by the spotlight, but because she finds the entire ordeal vapid and below her, feeling she has nothing she needs to prove. She was brought up by two wealthy parents who were always there for her but not as supportive as they could have been-- nevertheless she had a good childhood (in contrast to our Kojiro's childhood which was pretty bad). She joined Team Rocket similar to her mother who was killed in the line of duty for not following standard protocol.
  • Mirror Kojiro was brought up by a single mom who was by no means wealthy but she always managed to provide for her son. She was there for him when he needed her, warm and loving, and was a good role model for him. He met Mirror Rumika on his own and the two of them had a passionate love for one another that tragically ended when she was killed by the Junsar mafia. He is a natural leader and the leader of the Mirror Rocket trio, often coming up with their plans to stop crime and says his lines in the motto first. Mirror Sonansu belongs to him.
  • Mirror Nyarth has always been able to speak Japanese and eventually left Holywood because he was so popular with the female Nyarth (and he felt he was a bad influence on them). While his teammates are sure of themselves and typically very competent in their work, Mirror Nyarth always second-guesses their plans and it's often his tendency to overly-focus on the details and accounting for every possible scenario ("what if they have a grass-type Pokemon? What if one of their Pokemon evolves or learns a new move?") that allows their foes to defeat them. He was caught by Mirror Musashi.
  • The Mirror Rocket trio as a whole are always fully-prepared for their missions, but tend to second-guess themselves so they are still somewhat unsuccessful at their jobs. The trio is not very close to one another and view each other as mere coworkers, not a family. Mirror Musashi is not able to be close with others as she does not find it necessary, Mirror Kojiro is always oblivious of his teammates' feelings and still doesn't really know them after all their time together, and Mirror Nyarth is too timid to form intimate bonds with other people or Pokemon. As we know from XY037, they are a band of vigilante heroes-- they stumbled upon Mirror Satoshi after he made his way to a Tokiwa City Pokemon Center. They saw how unprepared he was to make his way through life so they vowed to secretly protect him from harm. Mirror Satoshi does know of their existence but he rarely ever sees them, instead they hide in the shadows, carefully watching him to make sure he stays out of harm's way.
  • The Mirror Rocket organization as a whole act as the police organization of the Kanto and Johto regions as well as the Orange Archipelago, but they have no interest in expanding their jurisdiction as other regions have their own law enforcement (such as Team Aqua, Magma, Plasma, Skull, etc). The Mirror Rocket trio joined them for a short time but left because, while they did share the same end goal, they had totally different means.
  • The Mirror Junsar, as said earlier, are an organized crime family, basically the seedy underside of different regions around the world. Mirror Joy are still in the healthcare profession, but over-charge for their services and don't really care about their patients.

Wasn't that her actual personality?
I mean as she's constantly jumping up and down in excitement, very excitable and never tries to act all mature like original Iris.

Basically a bubbly (I have changed the description to that) and hyper girl, I also got the idea from Iris's personality in the games.
