This remix is legendary ;___;7 Absolutely beautiful. Its one of those rare occasions for me where I feel like the anime's music is beyond any in-game rendition or fanmade remix.

Non-Pokemon related: I saw his credentials online, and I noticed he arranged music for Ross Bagdasarian Jr. You know what that means? He very well could've had a hand in making the most infectiously catchy cartoon opening theme song I've ever heard.

 

[Blazing Charmander]

This man has orchestrated so many beautiful tracks in the last 20 years, both original compositions and adaptations of those from the games, that it's really tough to pick out a single favourite. I can list a few that come to mind straight away, but i'm afraid that i'll still be missing hundreds of other sublime ones! Here are some from the top of my head anyway, limited to a list of 10 so I don't get carried away.

Generally, I've preferred his arrangements of game music/openings over his original music (particularly after the first one or two generations). Some of that may be the overall trend in the industry towards less thematic music (and my perspective as a radio programmer) though.
