MLP: FiM Fanfic Ideas

Okay, I just had a simultaneous four strike inspiration for an MLP fan fic, the only problem is I do not know which one to start first.

Here are the choices:

1.) A "delusion fic compilation" that explores how Equestria and all its inhabitants exist only in one of the Mane Six's mind and said Mane Six is a severely mentally ill Human in the real world. I might even go a bit meta with this.

2.) A high octane "Humans-In-Equestria"/"Mane-Six-On-Earth" story that starts off kind of fluffy and then transitions into an interdimensional battle with Nightmare Moon and Discord (and possibly some evil scientists) as the villains... There will be gunplay, magic, techno-porn and it will be in both Equestria and Earth.

3.) A gritty pure MLP urban thriller about the Mane Six stumbling upon a smuggling operation in Bridlehem (pun on Bethlehem) and they have to stop it. There will be gunplay and magic.

4.) A military science fiction story based on this comment from Youtube:

Anyone agrees that ep.1 ends with Luna surprise attack on the capital and ep.2 is about a deep strike led by Twilight Sparkle deep into the enemy territory in order to activate the hidden nuclear silo and fire the nuclear warheads called "The Elements of Harmony" into the Luna's main command battleship, The Nightmare Moon?

Though I may replace the Elements of Harmony as a nuke with the space based laser system H.A.R.M.O.N.Y.

Fairly good ideas. Not my cups of tea but a few sound nice. One question and possible suggestion though: Do you think humans are considered mythical creatures in Equestria? I mean, we humans consider Pegasuses and Unicorns as myths so why not vice versa? Just a thought of mine.

I'm actually creating an alternate universe MLP:FiM fanfic that's a mash-up between Sailor Moon and MLP:FiM. I basically rewrite the series to include elements from Sailor Moon, an expanded role for Nightmare Moon/Princess Luna and Discord by making them the main villains of the seasons they appear in and more twists of my own. Basically, I turn My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic into more of a "Good VS Evil" kind of story while keeping the feel of the original version intact as I add onto it with more action and adventure.

Fairly good ideas. Not my cups of tea but a few sound nice. One question and possible suggestion though: Do you think humans are considered mythical creatures in Equestria? I mean, we humans consider Pegasuses and Unicorns as myths so why not vice versa? Just a thought of mine.

Yes, they are considered "legendary creatures" in Equestria. They will be referred to as "Terrans" or Humans.

For now, option two looks like my best choice.

The first is a bad idea right off the bat. Paranoia Agent was no fun at all to watch, and the Equestrian version likely won't be any better.

There's already several fics running along the same sort of premise as your second idea. The pony world doesn't really mesh well with any other universe, a rare occurrence in fantasy.

And the last looks like a prequel to Fallout: Equestria. That or it borrows from the rather confusing Lost Universe stories. The gods and demons are...suddenly spaceships? And they manage to hate and try to kill each other as...spaceships? Stuff like that is extremely confusing.

Considering that I made a Land Before Time war story, I should be able to get the pony world to mix with a Darwin's Soldiers type world (all Humans, slightly more advanced technology than is currently available in reality)

The last is not related to Fallout Equestria in any way or Lost Universe. It is supposed to evoke David Drake or Peter Telep.

In my fic, I sorta plan to have everypony have a human form that they're not aware of. The Elements of Harmony unlock these human forms in the Mane Six when they change into Sailor Soldiers, mostly to conceal their identities. This is just an idea still being thought out though so I'm not too sure about it.
