Moderated Comments Bug

There is a small bug in the Blogs section where a comment will randomly be posted as "moderated" whether the blog is set for moderated comments or not. It's not a huge deal, but if there are any possible fixes for this then it might be a good idea.

It seems to be a glitch with our bot spam catcher. The only fix I can think of, is if the developer updates it.

I do believe it's mainly tied to posting external links.
