Moltres is so frustrating!

So I've been trying to get Moltres in LeafGreen version, and that sucker just won't get into the million ultra balls I'm throwing at him. Keep in mind that it's at 1hp and paralyzed...any help? Thanks in advance!

try putting it to sleep. sleep has a higher catch bonus than paralyzing.
