Ok. So I decided to go with a Normal Type theme but I dont care. I think its fun, like the days when you got owned by a certain Miltank in GSC. Anyway, I thought it would be cool and any suggestions are definitely welcome.
My team at a glance:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ambipom (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Fake Out
- Knock Off
- U-Turn
- Taunt

I actually really like this lead. If I ever encounter a Ghost or Inner Focus, I can use Taunt to prevent any setups as well as use Protect to scout for some attacks. I put Knock Off in to get rid of any annoying Choice users, Leftovers, Focus Sash or berries that can occur later in the game. U-Turn is also an option but that means another poke is going to have to take a hit. I was considering Knock Off, and actually, I decided it a keeper for anyone wanted a resist switch-in for Ambipom. Opponent switches in Heatran, Ambipom uses Knock Off, Heatran loses Choice Scarf. (HAHAHAHA) so basically, I use it to gain an advantage over the freaking Choice Users you see every freaking game.

Drifblim @ Leichi Berry/Salac/Lum
Unburden
Unsure about EV. Making sure Hp is divisible for 4. Focusing on Defensive/spDef.

Stock Pile
Substitute
Baton Pass
Recycle/ShadowBall/Natural Gift (80 power Grass physical w/ Leichi, 80 fighting w/ Salac, 60 flying[dunno about stab] w/ Lum)

Stock Pile makes a pretty stable substitute. Only have to watch out for Phazers, hopefully... Stall until berry activates, speed boost from unburden then allows me to make another +3 Sub. Baton Pass the StockPile+Berry+Sub. Was thinking of Natural Gift as a quicker way to activate Unburden, recycle to get the effect of a berry twice(or more) and ShadowBall/Ominous Wind for Taunts. I know Unburden's speed boost doesnt Baton Pass but...it does allow me TO Baton Pass +3 Defence and spDef.
---

Miltank (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 HP/36 Atk/188 Def/32 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Body Slam
- Curse
- Heal Bell
- Milk Drink

This GAL works wonders against Dragonite, thats all I have to say (haha). Smogon's build. Body Slam is there for paralysis support and Heal Bell for team statuses. Milk Drink for recovery and Curse to boost up my awesome defenses. Scrappy is there to hit ghost types that might want to switch-in for the ghost immunity.
---

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Serene Grace
28 HP/164 Def/180 sAtk/156 sDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Att)

-Air Slash
-Thunder Wave
-Roost
-Aura Sphere

Typical Flinch-Hax set. Aura Sphere is there for physical walls like Steelix. This guy is meant to Paralyze first turn, Roost if I need, or Air Slash-flinch till I leftovers my HP back to full. Screwed over against Marshtomp and other bulky grounds who I cant paralyze.
---

Bibarel (M) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Simple
EVs: 252 HP/160 Def/96 SDef
??? nature (+SDef, -Att)
- Charge Beam
- Taunt
- Surf
- Ice Beam

This guy is used right after Drif's BP allowing me effortless Charge Beams. Taunt is for the Roar/Whirlwind and Surf/Ice Beam/Charge Beam hits everything else. Surf and Ice Beam at least gives me some neutral damage againts Swampert. The Defensive EV's allow him to at least stand alone. Or Set-up against a wall. Lum berry is used to cure any status that the foe will try to wear me down with. It's so underestimated, I bet Bib can do wonders in OU.

---

Tauros (M) @ Salac Berry/Choice Band
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stone Edge
- Zen Headbutt
- Earthquake
- Return
Earthquake (since everyone carries that around), Zenbutt for fighting types as well as its flinch-rate will help a Substitute last a bit longer, and Pursuit for ghosts. Also, EQ for my team, as it is electric weak.

I notice that im very frail offensivly and defensively on the Special Side, So i was thinking of putting in Togekiss instead of Swellow.

ambipom: Why protect? use punishment against gohsts on protect and use
u-turn. Ambipom isn's a great anti-lead but this will ruin sashes. You can use taunt if you want.

Girafarig: Pass agility? Don't you mean calm mind? I would use agility myself. Wish might be cool to use over hp fighting, that would give the incoming pokemon healing and a speed boost. Give it more speed or defenses/hp instead of sp. attack.

1. unurden's speed boost doesn't pass on. 2. why do you need to passers? use stockpile, substitute, hypnosis and baton pass and hope you won't get taunted. Else use shadow ball on hypnosis.

1. Miltank is not a guy, 2. Dragonite is banned from UU. Looks pretty good.

Swellow: I would use a toxic orb, and then switch out after three turns, or use u-turn, which I advice to use on endeavor (but you can keep endeavor if you like, steel and rock tpyes will wall you though.)

Bibarel: You get all those attack boosts and still they remain useless except for on quick attack. Maybe use waterfall on yawn? You might not know this, but super fang always cuts of only half of remaining hp. no more no less.

Tauros: that thing sucks sort of, Give it a choice band with return and stone edge over substitue and zen headbutt.

By the way, your team lacks some power, so maybe you can give swellow a choice band? then give it
Brave Bird
Facade
U-turn
Quick Attack / Pursuit

1. Why did I rate 7 pokemon? You can only use six you know.
2. Togekiss is OU, so you won't be using it.

Thanks for the reply! Ive defenitly considered what you said. about the 7, it was either Drif or Giraf not both.
My team is Weak offensively but I was hoping that IF I put Band on Tauros, and left Toxic orb on Swellow I figured it would do a decent job. However, I do see a need for Special's. So I was thinking of replacing someone for Togekiss.
Potential Offence: Tauros Bibarel Kiss
Defence: Miltank Bibarel Kiss
Support: Drifbim Miltank

Ambipomb is sorta just there. Could also figure an antilead though.

Just Tested it out. Baton Pass to Bib Pwns All! other than Roarers. lol.still. fml. could take out something for Taunt.

ow yeah, never mind about choice band on swellow (then it would lose instant status). And I think you didn't understand this but: togekiss isn't allowed in a UU team, because ot's an OU Pokémon. still give return to taurus over zen headbut, and you have to make a choice for bibarel. Or make it a special all out attacker (and thus get rid of curse and physical attacks) or keep the old moveset. For special use:

252 Sp attack, 252 speed,
simple @life orb/leftovers
Charge beam
Ice beam
surf
Super fang

Haha Thanks. I chose to put in Togekiss because of the lack of competition in UU. Anyway, since it is monotype, I dont mind having OU mixed with UU. Sorry if I was confusing. The Bibarel that I have now has those same attacks but not SuperFang as I had often managed Charge Beam for max special Att. So I was considering Taunt instead of Fang, simply because of the +2 speed from Drifblims berry. However, the EV spread is different, only because I still wanted SOME defensive capabilities IF Drif couldnt BP. Thanks was a HUGE HUGE help!!! Ive tested it on shoddy. Worked wonders 6-0 :P

Ok. Since bibarel can now taunt you can remove it from ambipom, but if you like it you can let it stay as well (prevents stealth rock). You might want the speed for taunt and u-turn. Focus sash might be a nice item, or leftovers, both instead of life orb

A timid nature would be nice for drifblim so it can substitute quickly. Also give it 252 speed ev's (and for the sub pass perhaps also 252 hp). Really don't use natural gift (it only works once and your berry's gone afterwards)

For miltank I would use carefull (+sp def -sp attack) since she'll get enough defense after the curses.

Togekiss: If you're worried about paralyzing ground types, use body slam which will give a 60% chance of paralyzing because of serene grace. I'm not really sure about the ev's though, but if it works for you...

Give Bibarel modest or timid nature, since it's an all out attacker now. Give it life orb for extra power or leftovers for some recovery. 252 Sp attack and 252 speed ev's.

With this final advice you should have a pretty good team (although it will be beaten in OU by salamence and the likes and isn't allowed in UU, sorry :/ )
