This is a thread to discuss about Monster Hunter 4.

What is your weapon of choice? What is your current HR?

I'm looking for people to play online with, so feel free to message everyone on this thread and we can all hunt together.

Firstly, about time there was a thread for this. Secondly, Insect Glaive is best weapon.

Also, Dah'ren Mohran best monster.

I was actually a little surprised myself that there wasn't currently one.

I haven't tested out the insect glaive yet. My weapon of choice is the Dual Blades, as was in Monster Hunter 3 as well. The fast attacks suit my playing style mores than the great blade and long blade. Although a lot of blades from those two weapon types do look beautiful.

The Dah'ren Mohran is an interesting Dragon. If I had to choose a favourite monster so far, I'd probably choose the Gore Magala. The Gore amour looks awesome too, although it makes my Fire resistance terrible, which doesn't help with the current urgent quest I need to take.
