What's your favorite and least favorite month, and if you feel like it, what do you think of each month?
My fav is may and my least fav is January.

To put it simply, I love the summer months and I hate the winter months. I’m not fond of the cold or snow. Everything about winter just sucks. Well, everything but hockey.

Is it ironic that hockey is my favorite sport but I absolutely despise winter?

December has been my favorite month since I was a kid. I love winter and I love Christmas, and even though things like that don't feel quite as special as they did when I was younger, it's still my favorite time of year and when I usually feel the most at peace (provided my anxious brain isn't acting up). October is a close second.

I don't really know if I have a particular least favorite month...I hate the heat so June/July/August kind of suck for that reason. January and May are also usually pretty unremarkable.

Big fan of April, May and June. In my part of the world, Its nice to see the weather becoming brighter, the days get longer (in terms of it being lighter outside.) and everything becoming alive again. Its just very nice to see the world open up after being closed for the winter. c:

Ooh! Interesting question! Hmm... overall? I heavily dislike summer months, I just feel so sluggish during them! Fall and winter months are my favorite, I just feel a lot more active during them.

My seasons are flipped since I live in Argentina, so January is summer for me. January is my least favorite month! You're already exhausted from the Holiday season, and to make matters worse its one of the hottest months of the year! It also drags on for such a long time. Summer also means unpredictable power cuts to me so you can guess how detrimental it is for someone who is on her computer for a long time!

My favorite month is August, though! Not only is it my birth month, but its also nice and chilly! Its also Argentina's rainy season, when the Santa Rosa storm takes place! Some may think having a birth month on the rainy season is kind of gloomy, but I like it! It makes me feel nice and cozy inside. :>

i literally do not think about months that much but i will say summer sucks fuck summer worst season of the year 'yes i want it to be like fuckin hot and humid and you can't do jack and shit because it's fuckin hot and humid' absolutely not anyone who likes summer ain't human.

I quite like November as in my part of the state I live in, it's generally when rain starts for us. It's cooler and the occasional/constant cloudy weather make it more bearable compared to the summer/dryer months. But certainly November through around March/April is when it stays mostly cool and rainy, so the following months until mid or late April is my favorite.

I also like October for the pretty fall weather even if it still stays warm mostly. It's also my birth month, specifically falling on Halloween, but that's actually been my least favorite part of said month for a while as I've gotten older lol. (it gets old real fast when high schoolers back then constantly brought it up at my expense; even now adults sometimes like to focus on that when I'd rather talk about other things in the month instead, quite annoying)

May, june, July, and August are my favorite months since it's not cold and I hate the cold weather.

January-SNOW SNOW IT SNOWS IN JANUARY I LOVE SNOW
February- so many Pokémon things. also if im lucky more snow
March- the snow melts and the grass is so green!!! it's so pretty
April- idk i'm neutral on this one. it starts getting warmer i guess so that's nice
May- warm and flowers but it's hard to enjoy because of allergies
June- warm without allergies yay!!!! and summer!!
July- all the summer months kinda blend together i love the heat though. dry heat anyway humidity is the worst
August- more summer. heat. sunshine
September- leaves start fallingggg i love fall i get so much inspiration just looking at the grass in fall.
October-even fally-er and Halloween!!!! costumes!!! candy i don't like and won't eat!!!
November- Pokémon things sometimes? and it's cold i don't like being cold but i like being cozy inside
December- i feel like I'm forgetting a month. anyways Christmas is nice presents. also SNOW hopefully. rarely but i can dream

My favorite is May. It always has the best weather (although in the past few years the temperature dropped so it feels more like winter than spring but I like winter anyway), and also it has my favorite event of the year -- Eurovision, for which I throw a party at home and all my friends gather to watch it together. Everyone has their favorite song and root for it through the night. I get to see some of my friends only because of Eurovision as we don't get to meet other times due to commute and real life stuff.

My least favorite is probably July. Too hot to do anything during the daytime, so I always stick at home in front of 24/7 working AC except for going to gym and barely make plans to meet my friends. August is pretty much the same, but at least I have a birthday and I often make special plans like traveling abroad so it adds some taste to it.

My favorite month is probably December, with November being way up there, too. October for the feeling of going into fall, and January for being in the winter which is my favorite season. November and December mentally feel the furthest away from the Spring and Summer, making them comfort months for me. I feel like I have nicer, happier weather to look forward to, versus once we get into March, then it's Spring. Ew.

My least favorite month has been May for quite some time. The weather is awful. My opinion here is still mostly based off of where I lived formerly, but my first Spring up here this year still didn't make me like Spring or May. Where I formerly lived, May was always miserable - hot, humid and with a lot of severe weather and tornado threats. I couldn't take it. I hate Spring and Summer altogether, though. April, May, June, July, August - all terrible months. September falls a little below that threshold just because it's leading into fall, and I'm happier in the fall. In the Spring and Summer months I am depressed and more agitated. March is a random month that also falls below the threshold, but the depression of Spring settles in in March, for sure.

I like august !! very warm and summery :) and no school :)

my least favourite is probably january or march ? probably January just cause it’s cold long and drags on wayyy too long (and exam season) March is just like . ok come on at this point the snow can go away right . (nope !)

I guess I'm in the minority but I don't like the spring months. The pollen is so crazy here and my body doesn't like it. Personally I like the winter months a lot more. It's not too cold here, plus the snow can be hit or miss.....though I do like when it snows.

So sad that so many people hate my birth month.

i'm more or less neutral in most months aside from the summer months. i do not like the summer months. humidity is a bitch during the summer months and going outside is a pain because of said humidity.

honestly, september -> december are fine enough months to me. my favourite month is december out of all of them, but the latter half of the year i prefer way more than the earlier months. not only is it finally colder, it's far more comfortable for me, too.

Months are just a social construct
Working retail for 4 years has made me hate certain months. April because people are wasting their tax return money on useless garbage. July and August because back-to-school is also just an excuse for people to buy for their kids new shoes, new clothing, new backpacks, etc. even if the old ones are perfectly fine (some of those purchases are necessary, just not to the degree people think they are.)
Just buy clothing for your kids as they grow out of it, not because capitalism says you have to buy new clothing for back-to-school.
And then September to December are terrible for the obvious holidays and the dumb material goods that come with it.
Like, we were getting Halloween stuff all the way back in July lol.
And then January has people returning Christmas gifts, I hate it. I'm an atheist, but I wish people would celebrate the birth of Jesus rather than the birth of consumerism on Christmas honestly.
In terms of weather, I live next to a desert, so we can add April, May, and June into the pile of months that are unbearable.
So maybe February and March are the only months I don't completely hate I guess.

January: Christmas is over, back to school/work. Cold, rainy, boring. However there might still be some Christmasiness left around, the ballet people might still be performing Nutcracker for example. That is something to enjoy.
February: The classical season in my place ends somewhere late-Feb or early-Mar, so sometimes I might still have something to look forward in February.
March: Terrible. Not warming up yet, boring, cold, rainy, cold. Nothing to do. Hate it.
April: In a good year it's warming up. Usually it is not. More bright, though, that is something.
May: Spring is in the air! The TV is showing spring-y things, and we are counting down towards summer time! The mighty sun had won the battle against darkness! Hooray!
June: YES YES YES YES!
July and August: Post-summer solstice, but we still have all day. Let's enjoy for now. Besides, I live in Britain, so it's the Promming season for us. My birthday is in August too, so I have something to do to celebrate my birthday. Love it.
September: Good days are ending. I don't want to talk about the daylight thing really. There are still some good days, occasionally, enjoy the last bit.
October: Darkness has conquered the world. Shut all the emotions off and live a boring life as usual. F**k all.
November: Cold, rainy...Think of Christmas, think of sno...No, not exactly think of snow, especially not when I have to walk. but Christmas IS a wonderful thought just to keep myself cheered up. To me, it is more about cinnamon and apples, Christmas music, and the Christmas spirit, kindness and love and things, it's more Yule, than celebrating the birthday of Jesus(who probably was not born that day anyway. but I think the idea of "Hey Jesus we love you! but we don't know your actual birthday, so we decided to choose a random winter day to celebrate you" is kind of nice. I guess most people would appreciate that if their birthday are unknown and they get treated this way.). I go to the churches sometime, mostly for the organ recitals and warm drinks and preparing for Christmas.
December: Cold, rainy, think of Christmas, actual Christmas. My family are based in SE Asia now, so I travel to the coconut-land every Christmas break. Warm, sunshine, warm, humid but not rainy, and warm. That is enough to keep me happy.
