See, naming anything 'Moon Princess' immediately makes people think of Sailor Moon, just to point out. Now to the picture.
I'm slightly disapointed that there is no color and you did not quite erase all the smudgy pencil lines. The proportiones of the legs are off, they need to be longer. What I like about your picture is the composition but if you must do a background, try a little color or more indepth shading. K?

Yeah, I know that all the bad lines are there and such. You see, all of my supplies were stolen a few days ago by someone, so I had nothing but an old pencil and its crappy eraser to work with. I inked it with some Sakura Pigmas I found in my bag, so, I do want to eventually finish them, but I havent bought all of my supplies back yet due to financial problems ^^

EDIT: I switched the pic. Its the same girl, same crappy supplies. I need to figure out how to put up multiple attachments.

Okay, your big problem area is proportions. The head is never bigger than the body. And the hands, if meassured will end at an average of 3 inches above the knee. Which by looking, yours would not do that. The left eye is too far away from the nose, usually there is a normal eye width between the two, or the width of the nose. The hands must also be the exact size of the face when open as well.
I apologize for the nagging, but it is worth practicing proportions. It will help improve your artwork.
