Most Annoying Pokemon you ever legitimately leveled?

Of all the pokemon you raised over the years, which was the toughest? There are easy pokemon to level, and then there are others that make it difficult at best to get to level 100 *or even evolve, if you don't want to go that high* legitimately? When I mean Legit, I mean you didn't use an Action Replay or Gameshark to get 100 rare candies.

For me, this would probably be my Zweilous, Ghidorah. For the heck of it, I decided to try and raise a Hydreigon and it is really tough. It took me awhile to get into the swing with Ghidorah, and she would always get pwned as a Deino, but I eventually learned the secret to fighting with her and now she's doing pretty good, and we are on the path to her final evolution.

Slakoth.... absolutely slakoth. I really wanted a slacking since I think its a pretty awesome hit and run type of pokemon. Takes so long to level up and I rarely won any battles before it evolved into a vigoroth. in gen 3 its moveset was like a joke.

Just recently a pokemon that was a real pain to train was axxew. I of course wanted a haxorus and I never realized that I could get a fraxure in victory road. At least it didn't evolve incredibly late like Zweillous .

Larvesta.
In the same boat as Zweilous. Training it before the post-game was a pain, given the better spots to level up are usually caves. So I left that for the post-game.

And of course, my Larvesta had to have literally 0 Attack IVs, and an attack-lowering nature. At Volcarona, that's alright, even good, as it's an special attacker, but until it evolves training it is hard...

I had a Shuckle on my last SoulSilver team, I swear I'll never touch one of those things again unless I'm locked in a tower with my DS and an eternity to whittle away.
You can't even rely on Toxic to speed up your battles, as it's only available post-elite 4. Most battles relied on my opponent beating themselves to death with Swagger.
That got frustrating real quick...

I have a few level 100 Pokemon that I always train up legitimately (takes a while XD) and the hardest I have attempted would be Vaporeon. Not the levelling up process, but the EV's were a nightmare.

I just could not get the EV's distributed to the right places even though the IV's favoured them and it was the right nature. I love this Pokemon, but can't train one right for the life of me XD

seedot for me he is so cool and so is shiftry but not learning any moves becomes quite frustration when you only know harden and bide haha you have to wait a while before you eventually get some good moves for him

Deino/Zweilous for me. Hustle made it ridiculously annoying to train, and they have a high Attack stat, while Hydreigon has a high SpAttack stat, so most of the moves they used to train up to the point of evolution were made redundant after it evolved.

MUDKIP i swear among all the water type starter(i always choose water type from GEN I -GEN V) this freak is the hardest to use so weak against the grass type(my most hated type) and i takes forever to evolve (in my perspective since hoenn is full of grass type/semi-grass type) that freak is super hard to handle

Of the ones I've trained to level 100, I'd say the big winner would be Shedinja. I had to memorize which Pokémon could or couldn't hit me, and if I did an error I'd have to use a Revive. On the bright side, I didn't have to pay for Hyper Potions.

And I also had to train a Deino back when I was completing my Unova Pokédex, since someone was offering a Reshiram for a Hydreigon on the GTS and it was the only offer that didn't ask for a legendary in return. Not only does Deino and Zweilous have a bad ability, they also evolve way, way too late. I was lucky no one got that Reshiram during that time.

In Emerald it was Aron. Slow to level up and having a relatively high level at evolution, if the opponent has a Water, Ground or Fighting attack, it's bad news for Aron or Lairon. For Diamond it was Hippowdon and Garchomp, since by the time I levelled up everyone else to Level 60, they struggle to reach the same level, but at least it was worth it. In White it was Solosis and Trubbish. Trubbish mainly because it's not offensive, but Solosis is painful to train because its slowness makes running difficult and its frailty is not very attractive. Added to that, most of the Pokemon in Unova have Attack and Speed EVs, which are not conducive for Solosis. the ones with the EVs I want are all in locations that are not on the way except Route 8 (Stunfisk's home).

Wow, it turns out Hydreigon is harder to train than I thought!

Thanks for reading.

So,recently,I've been UBER BUSY.
But yesterday,I picked up my Black, played it and found myself stuck on training my Jolteon
Freaking annoying. Not that he died at any attack, but seriously,RUN RUN RUN POKEMON! DEAD,NOT ENOUGH EXP.RUN RUN RUN...

Zweilous is the obvious choice, though it's clever how they made it so difficult to evolve, since I'd imagine a Pokemon like that would be tough to raise. I must love torturing myself because so far, I've trained up three Hydreigon. (First for Pokedex entry, other two for competitive battles)

Other than that, I also hate training any Dragonair to level 55 for the Pokedex entry. They seem to faint very easily, and leveling them up becomes extremely slow and dull by the time they reach level 50.

When I played my FireRed I had 4 lv:100s, Jynx, Rayquaza, Vaporeon, and Alakazam. The hardest was Jynx because the places it easily leveled up at were attack or hp EVs, (Cycling Road), and were not useful to Jynx in the long run.

Deino/Zweilous. I couldn't do it. I tried, dear Primus, how hard I tried but that little nitwit seemed to faint if you looked at it wrong. I got so disgusted with it that I slapped in Daycare with the intent of Rare Candying it up to Hydreigon but it never happened. And before you ask, no, I don't have it anymore.

Someone offered a shiny Golett for a Zweilous. Best trade I ever made in my life. I actually laughed when the trade went through. I was so happy to be rid of the thing it wasn't funny.

Trying to get a Hitmontop with an Attack-boosting nature.

I swear to god, it was impossible to get that thing to stop becoming a Hitmonlee. I ended up training the Sassy Tyrogue instead, and it easily became a Hitmontop.

I think I've had quite a few, but most recently, Buneary. Caught it at level 11 while helping Cheryl. It didn't evolve until after I'd finished with the Galactic HQ, at level 42.

Not to mention my Eevee. I'm planing on evolving it into a Glaceon, and it is probably going to turn out similarly. though Eevee is level 27, as I left in in the day-care for some time.

Dratini in LeafGreen's still the only Pseudo i've ever taken the time to train and it took forever. Once it became a Dragonite it was all worth it however.
