There are tons of badass Pokemon, but which one is the most? My pick is Malamar. He has the most vile and scary voice, and his powers are so evil. If you haven't seen the episode with Malamar, you need to check it out. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PEf8jnyI3HE I honestly think that a squid that brainwashes people is the sickest thing ever. He reminds me of Slenderman, and I'd probably crap myself if I saw a Malamar. Plus not only to mention that he's OP in competitive.
 
Hitmonlee is for all intents and purposes an ass with arms and eyes, and it is bad, at least in my hands, yuk yuk yuk.

No but really how can anybody beat Braviary, the bird screams 'Murica and looks like its ready to scalp any communist who looks at it funny.
 
If you count legendaries, Mewtwo. First movie speaks enough for that.
If not then I'd say either Hydreigon for its pure unbiased destructive power or Metagross, living supercomputer tank.
 
Braviary because it's an America represent and 'Merica is badass in its own right.
I'd say Lucario. Yeah, yeah, it's overused EVERYWHERE, but it's based on Anubis, it has powers akin to a Jedi's, the anime shows it has an awesome way of using Bone Rush (dual wielding for the win) kicks around foes in the anime and Super Smash Bros while looking cool, and has a cool Megavolution.

In all seriousness, I'd say Mega Mewtwo X. He just looks so manly and robust, like he just doesn't give a crap and he looks like he can crush your skull just by squeezing it in his hands after blowing your mind with his Psychic powers.

I was gonna suggest Hydreigon too.

Also obvious ones like Gyarados, Shiftry, Drifblim, Honchkrow, Kyurem, Darkrai etc.
For my personal pick i think Glalie. I mean, come on, it's an angry-looking floating HEAD. Here's its Dex entry from Sapphire: Glalie has the ability to freely control ice. For example, it can instantly freeze its foe solid. After immobilizing its foe in ice, this Pokémon enjoys eating it in leisurely fashion.
 
Ohhh there's so many! But for me...
Mega Lucario and even just Lucario because 1) based on Anubis (go look him up!) 2) Lives up to Anubis as Lucario (mega certainly does) brings death! Close Combat go!

But you can say just about all the legendaries and pseudo legendaries are badass.
 
There's no other Pokémon in the whole wide Pokéworld that can equal the ~badass-ness~ (badassity?) of Houndoom. Get bit by one? It never heals. Hound from hell yo.
 
Hydreigon because it looks pure evil. The ultimate boss pokemon. Like, it was made for Ghetsis.

Others: Gallade the gladiator and Metagross the super computer robot.
 
Steelix, I think. It's too bad his stats in the game don't really let him be the monster he truly is. I imagine when a Steelix gets on low health after ripping the heads off Houndoom and Salamence, it uses an Explosion in which each segment of its body explodes separately, killing off the remaining Malamar, Lucario, and Metagross.
 
It has to be Charizard. For one thing, it's a dragon. Second, until Ash's Charmander evolved into Charmeleon (and later Charizard), television had not had a really cool to the bone character since Fonzie on Happy Days. It was as a Charizard that the one belonging to Ash became a popular character, for being a "rebel" just like Fonzie, because he didn't need to do what Ash said to do to be cool. That was what made him unique.
 
Gengar. Just look at his menacing and sinister grin. He smiles while he kills your Pokemon in front of you.
