Milotic is my favorite, but I voted for Beautifly. Milotic doesn't really come across as beautiful despite the many ingame descriptions.
I generally just like shiny Beautifly though, as far as ingame sprites go.

Voted for Beautifly-one of the few Hoenn Pokemon I like a lot.
Altough the games try to push Milotic as beautiful when I look at it all I see is one particular species of a cave amphibian or a glass worm. Not beautiful at all.

From your choices, I'd have to say Milotic eventhough I've seen so many "explicit" images of Gardevoir.
Milotic is the definition of underwater beauty, aristocratic beauty, and mysterious beauty.
When I think of Milotic, gorgeous mermaids come to mind (not the vicious predatorial mermaids).
But outside your choices, I think Ninetales is really exquisite.

I believe that Milotic is the most beautiful Pokémon, as it has a very elegant design and evolves from a "less beautiful" Pokémon; Feebas.

I voted Beautifly, even though bugs scare me. Its wings are just so pretty though, with all the contrasting colors!

I voted for Lilligant. Her crown-like flower on her head is visually appealing. I also like how her leaves frame her face, kinda like hair. Very feminine. Milotic is a close second. I love its tail but I'm not quite sure what's going on with its eyebrows.

It was hard deciding between Milotic and Beautifly, but I chose the later. I usually don't like Bug-types, but I have a soft spot for butterflies. Beautifly's big eyes give it an innocent look that is just adorable and its wings are really colorful, two traits that I like. May's Beautifly was also one of my favorite Pokémon in the anime.
