Do you know what's even more disturbing? The author had to MAKE all of these recipies before hand. OVER AND OVER AND OVER again!

This wasn't really shocking to me... I've seriously heard of things that were much worse on the scale of weirdness. At least this has proteins and nutrients and isn't a waste fluid.

If he didn't get hand how did the author collect the natural ingredients to make all those recipes?

I once saw a video on tv where i bartender put semen in a womens drink and she drank it without noticing so i guess that recipe book cant work on liquors >.<
