(Hope this is okay, don't think there are any threads like this...)

In the current generation, some attributes of moves were changed. We had a (temporarily) accuracy increase of Hypnosis and the base power increases of Fly and Leaf Blade. Do you want to see any moves being changed in BW and if so, which ones?

I WANT SING AND HYPER VOICE AND SUPER SONIC AND UPROAR TO ALL BE TURNED INTO THE NEW SOUND TYPE.

I dunno. I'd Bounce to be turned into something less ridiculously similar to Fly.

Increased base power to HMs like Cut & Rock Smash, then maybe there'd be less use for an HM slave.

You have reminded me of Sing which has a pathetic 55% accuracy as well as GrassWhistle. I think these moves should have an accuracy increase to at least match Hypnosis, especially considering other counterparts such as Sleep Powder.

maybe an accuracy increase for stun spore. Just make it 80 or 85 or something.

Petal Dance needs a boost in power: Outrage went from 90 to 120 in DPtHGSS, and the Special Grass-type attack doesn't deserve the same atention? The same could be done to Thrash.

As some people said, Grasswhistle and Sing, which scream for an increase in accuracy.

Headbutt needs a reduction of power to 60 to make it suited for Technician Pokémon, and maybe some other added effect to make for the lost of power on non-Technician species.

Air Cutter and Twister, being currently two Move Tutor moves need an increase in both power and maybe added effect (mostly in the case of Twister) because many Pokémon have moves already of the same type with much better properties (Air Slash and Dragonbreath/Dragon Pulse).

Helping Hand could be cumulative instead of once-per-turn (x1.5 boost to the partner's offensive moves).

Another move that I would like to be changed: Razor Wind. I don't think that it should have a charge up turn when it only has 80 base power and doesn't provide anything like Skull Bash does.

a power/accuracy increase in all signature moves, if less than 10 pokemon learn it, it needs to be more powerfull

The only two I can think of off the top of my head are that Rock Smash needs a major boost like Fly got (assuming they keep the current HM system), and that Outrage needs to be majorly nerfed. 120 base Power, 15 PP, and two or three turns of attack for each PP? That is ridiculously broken, and the self-confusion doesn't really make up for it.

I think an attack boost on the first turn and maybe a bit stronger would definetly help it.

Poison Gas up to 85% accuracy.

I've never really understood why butterflies and grass types are having an easier time causing poison than Muk, Weezing and Skuntank have with this move. We also have toxic at 85% for everyone so I don't see why this is still at 55%.

Make Defog work like Rapid Spin the way it works now is just ridiculous. And make Brick Break HM instead of Rock Smash.

I don't know... The only move I'd like to see change is Razor Wind, as currently it is a fairly useless novelty move.

I wouldn't mind raising the base power of Cut or Rock Smash either, but we must remember that these are HMs usually given out early in the game, and we do not want to give a player the chance to fill one's party movesets with high base power moves early. Maybe if they're pushed to be given later on... Also, a part of HM system is that you have to sacrifice a few move slots for carrying the low power HM moves (or sacrifice a party member for an HM slave).

And make Brick Break HM instead of Rock Smash.

That's...actually a really awesome idea. Brick Break could function in the field exactly like Rock Smash, and it's already got a better base Power and an extra added effect. It'd also make more sense in BW if the setting turns out more urban - there might be more brick walls to break through instead of rocks.

I'd like mimic to be altered slightly. Its stupid if your pokemon is faster than foes and uses mimic first if the foe didn't use a move beforehand. It should always go after foe uses a move.

I second this, but I can't see them making some TM moves replace HM moves as HM moves, HMs may chance or one or two may become TMs if replaced bay another HM (Flash being one and being replaced by rock climb) but HMs won't be replaced totally.

Also interesting altough that sounds, I can't see breaking walls instead o rocks. If pokemon were real, would you like them breaking walls to get through them?

No, signature moves like Volt Tackle and Frenzy Plant are powerful as is and we don't need a more chance on them hitting. They are fine as is.

I third the Rock Smash/Brick Break idea, it'll be pretty good to have more useful TM, and Brick Break often finds it's way to my team anyway.

I'd like for Magical Leaf to have an actual accuracy percentage and NOT BE A NO-MISS ATTACK! Gah!

Being an enhanced Razor Leaf is okay, but really, NEVER MISSES? Screw that.

How about 80 power, 85% accuracy? The way it is now, it's essentially a minorly more powerful Razor Leaf (which is 55 power, 95 accuracy) minus the increased crit chance but with a much more annoying "Never miss" bonus.

I don't like Twister's power level. It's a TORNADO. 30?! Make it stronger than that! Might be 40, I'm not sure -.-' It should at least match Dragonbreath, because Dragonbreath doesn't look all that impressive anyway. Twister has potential.
