Post in your Pokemon's move and item combinations in this post so everyone can try it out for themselves! I'll start off.

Charge + Discharge

This combo can be done by any Pokemon that knows these two moves. Most preferrable: Luxray with a high Sp. Atk.

Darkrai-only: Dark Void + Bad Dreams + Nightmare + Dream Eater

This will only work if the Pokemon is asleep from Dark Void's effect for more than 4 turns! And this combo is meant for Single Battles only.

Aqua Ring + held Leftovers

Any Water-Pokemon that knows the HP-recovery move Aqua Ring can heal every turn. But, make it hold Leftovers, it will recover HP slightly more than just Aqua Ring itself.

Acupressure + Baton Pass

Acupressure raises one of your Pokemon's weakest stat by two levels, but you'll never know which stat Acupressure will do in battle. Dodrio and Drapion are recommended, as well as the match has to be Double Battle, for this combo. Let either one use Acupressure first on your partner, then have your partner use Baton Pass to pass it down to one of the Pokemon you want to switch it with.

Scope Lens item + Sniper Ability + A move with high critical hit ratio (i.e. Slash, Night Slash, etc.)

Scope Lens increase chances of landing critical hits. Sniper Ability also increases base value of attack during a critical hit. Drapion is recommended for this one. Make sure Drapion knows at least 1 move with a high critical hit ratio. When Drapion is attacked and gets to move next, Scope Lens item kicks in, Sniper Ability kicks in also, and hope Drapion lands a critical hit.

Flame Orb or Toxic Orb + Facade

Flame Orb (burns the holder after first turn of attacks) or Toxic Orb (intoxicates the holder after first turn of attacks) can be annoying to most players, but for this combo, it really helps. Make any Pokemon hold either Orb plus teach it Facade. Facade is an attack when the user is Paralyzed, Poisoned or Burned, it's Attack is 2x the power. So when Flame Orb or Toxic Orb kicks in, that's the time you can use Facade.

Fling + Iron Ball or Lagging Tail (if there are any more heavy items than just the two, let me know.)

Fling, a Dark-type move, is considered a useless to most Trainers. But this one will make your opponents regret that thought. Make sure you have a speedy Pokemon that can learn Fling, like Sneasel and or Ambipom, hold either Lagging Tail or Iron Ball (I personally did this to my Ambipom.) and once you battle a Trainer and send out the Pokemon with either item, Fling it and see how much damage it deals!

You forgot the obvious rain dish + rain dance + wet stone. sunny day + solar beam + heat rock.

Stealth Rock + Spikes + Toxic Spikes

Get yourself a Forretress and teach it these moves. It ought to last long enough to use one or two in succession (watch out for fire types though). Keep in mind that you can also stack spikes and Toxic spikes, meaning that each one can be used up to three times to do even more damage. :p

For even more fun, teach another one of your Pokemon roar or whirlwind, and shift your opponents' pokemon around until the deadly game of musical chairs faints them all!

One thing to watch out for though - rapid spin. If you come across a staryu/starmie, kill it fast!

Here are some REALLY good combos used in metagame:

Thunder Wave + Air Slash + Serene Grace + Aura Sphere

Ah, the ParaFlinch hax that Togekiss is known for. Paralyze fast opponents with TWave, then proceed to spam Air Slash, making them likely to flinch or paralyze. Aura Sphere for those that resist Air Slash, mainly Rock and Steel types.

Speed Boost + Substitute + Swords Dance + Leichi Berry + Baton Pass

A godsend for any physical sweeper, courtesy of Ninjask. Substitute three times to get three Speed Boosts, and activating the Leichi Berry. Baton Pass to any good physical sweeper and sweep the entire team.

Electivire + Gyrados

Gyrados has 4x Electric weakness, making it the perfect victim for a Electric attack. Anticipate the attack and switch in Electivire, which gets a speed boost from the Electric attack. Sweep the entire team after that.

Substitute + Focus Punch + Leech Seed + Leftovers

Substitute to prevent flinching with Focus Punch. Leech Seed and Leftovers gain back the health used for Subs. Breloom can do this very effectively.

Spore + Focus Punch

Spore first turn, the Focus Punch. will guarantee a hit unless it's a Ghost type. Again, Breloom is your prime candidate for this.

Endeavor + Focus Sash + low Def Pokemon + Quick Attack

Ah, FEAR (or any of its close variations). Focus Sash ensures 1 HP at full health, Endeavor to bring opponent's HP 1, and Quick Attack for priority.

I'll post more of them up later.

Slow Start + Skill Swap

Ahahahaha!!!! Regigigas can do this one, as well as a Pokemon with Skill Swap. As we all know, Regigigas mess things up with Slow Start. A good remedy to that is let your partner Pokemon use Skill Swap with Regigigas on the first turn and then give it to your opponent!!!

Sunny Day + Solar Power + Solarbeam

Perfect for Sunflora/Tropius users. Use Sunny Day as soon as you can, and Solar Power kicks in. Decreases HP, but Sp. Atk. increases, and there's two advantages: Solarbeam fires on the first turn + Solarbeam's power is increased thanks to Sunny Day and Solar Power!

Air Lock or Cloud Nine + Hail, Sunny Day, Sandstorm or Rain Dance

If you're the type of Trainer that hates weather effects, then this is the medicine just for you. Rayquaza's Air Lock and Psyduck/Golduck's Cloud Nine have the same effect: Weather effects are gone. So that means Swift Swimmers, too bad! One-turn Solarbeam attack, too bad! Sand Veil users and Ice Body users and Snow Cloak users, too bad! All those will be negated!

White Herb + Overheat, Leaf Storm, Draco Meteor + Recycle

Leaf Storm, Overheat and Draco Meteor can be quite powerful, but lowers Sp. Atk two stages. But with the White Herb on, it can recover the stat loss. Plus the Recycle attack, you can repeat this rpocess over and over again.

Here's an interesting variation on the classic Protect/ Ghost Type + Explosion in double battles:

Endure + Explosion

Meant for double battles, this works very well with reversal-ers. Pokemon #1 uses endure, and Pokemon #2 uses Explosion (or, of course, Self Destruct). Pokemon #1 survives, of course, activating whatever berry it's holding (Salac + Reversal for massive sweeping!). Switch in Pokemon #3 and do whatever. (Does Psych Up work on ally Pokemon in double battles? If so, that would be an excellent option ^_^ )

Just so you know, Slow Start can't be Skill Swapped.

Drizzle + Thunder + Rest + Hydration + Surf + Lustrious Orb + Toxicroak with Dry Skin (optional)

The deadly Kyogre/Palkia/Manaphy combo. Kyogre's Drizzle makes it rain, which ups Palkia's Surf along with its Lustrious Orb. Manaphy can get a one-turn Rest due to its ability and Drizzle. Kyogre can also use Thunder, which becomes 100% accurate due to the rain. Toxicroak can also benefit from this set since it gains HP due to the rain and Surf, which hits all Pokemon.

Flower Head + Drought + Helping Hand/Protect + Earthquake(or any of groudon's moves)

Basically a Flowerhead + Helpinghand Cherrim paired up with Groudon is equivalent to that of a Groudon + Swords Dance, except way easier to set up. As Starly pointed out, if you don't want to get all suicidal, do not use EQ + Helping hand, use EQ + Protect. It is still equivalent to that of a CBed EQ. Helping Hand+ any other of Groudon's physical moves is possible though. I do prefer Rock Slide on that set to hit both opponents. Double Battles only.

Flower Head + Sunny Day + Clorophil + Explosion + Protect.

Basically a Shiftry/Cherrim combo. It's pretty straight forward what it does isn't it. I think I may have a different variation to it though that will give off more power, but it will need Sunny day to have been set up beforehand. I keep forgetting to add protect to these combos. Cherrim is safe using protect while the opponent dies.

Sunny Day + Flower Head + Focus Sash + Helping Hand + Chlorophyl + Explosion

Basically the same deal except that Cherrim can use Helping hand and further power up Shiftry's explosion.

Charge + Discharge

This combo can be done by any Pokemon that knows these two moves. Most preferrable: Luxray with a high Sp. Atk.

Two Discharges is equal o the power of Charge + Discharge.

Aqua Ring + held Leftovers
Recover/Wish + Leftovers do more.

Acupressure + Baton Pass
Why raise random stats that might not be worth raising?
Air Lock or Cloud Nine + Hail, Sunny Day, Sandstorm or Rain Dance
I'm just wondering why you would set up weather just to have it negated.

The problem with Flower Gift + EQ/Explosion is that it will hit Cherim as well, possibly knocking it out.

substitute + calm mind + leftovers for Suicune.

Acid armor + Substitute + leftovers + aqua ring for Manaphy.

soul dew + calm mind + psychic/ special dragon move + substitute + recover

Set up a substitute and start using calm mind until you max it out. Soul Dew and a maxium calm mind will make it almost impossible to break a substitiute. But, when it does use recover and than just set up another substitute! psychic/ dragon move is an instent sweep! I never used this, but it sure sounds fun!

I forgot to add Protect. Going to edit it now and specify that it's Protect+EQ and Helping hand+Any other move.

Anyways I have another double battle set, this one can go Dusknoir only, or you can add an exploder.

Protect + Earthquake + Imprison + Explosion

Dusknoir Imprisons both Protect and Earthquake. It's partner uses Protect the first turn, and explodes after Dusknoir has Imprisoned the opponen'ts protect.

Flame Orb or Toxic Orb + Facade

This combo can be made even better if you throw in Protect or Detect. Use either one for the first round to gain poison/burn and at the same time avoid any damage from the opponent until you can get the damage bonus from Facade..

Speaking of items that induce status.....

Toxic Orb + Poison Heal + Protect

I can't believe no one mentioned this Breloom yet.

Quick Feet + CB or CScarf + Guts

Switch into a status inducer and it's like you have both CB and CS.

I totally forgot that, especially since two of my combos were Breloom-centric.

Sandstream + Rock, Ground, Steel themed team

Sandstram screws Leftovers recovery for the opponent, and gives Rock types a 50% Sp. Def boost. Very useful with Rhyperior with Solid Rock.

Destiny Knot + Cute Charm

Have your lead Pokemon hold Destiny Knot and battle a Pokemon with Cute Charm Ability and has to be the opposite gender of your lead Pokemon. Just pray that your Pokemon gets infatuated and when that happens, your foe will be infatuated as well, thanks to Destiny Knot.

Grip Claw + Sand Tomb, Fire Spin, Wrap, Whirlpool

It's true that attacks like Sand Tomb can only last 5 turns. But make a Pokemon with any trapping attack holds Grip Claw, it will extend it's trapping abilities.

Fury Cutter + Metronome Hold Item

Fury Cutter increases it's power with each successive hit. But, with the hold item Metronome, use Fury Cutter over and over to deal more damage.

Power Herb + Skull Bash, Solarbeam (without Sunny Day or Drought), Razor Wind, Sky Attack

Some attacks take a turn to charge, i.e. Sky Attack. But, with Power Herb attached, you can attack on the first turn, instead of the first-turn charging.

Iron Fist + Muscle Band + Drain Punch + STAB

Only Hitmonchan is able to pull this one. Iron Fist increases the power of Hitmonchan's Punch moves. Muscle Band slightly increases physical attacks. Drain Punch is Giga Drain for Fighting-types, plus, since the move is a Fighting-type like Hotminchan, it gets the Same Type Attack Bonus.

Super Luck + Razor Claw or Scope Lens + Razor Wind or Night Slash or Psycho Cut or Shadow Claw or Stone Edge

Absol is the perfect Pokemon for this combo. Super Luck increases Critical Hit ratio. Add Razor Claw or Scope Lens, the ratio is increased further. Land a critical hit using any one of the 5 moves listed above, depending on your foe's Pokemon's defensive capabilities, will knock out most, if not all, of it's HP.

A lot of the things you post are either too situational, or just so bad that it is hardly even worth trying.

Destiny Knot + Cute Charm

Have your lead Pokemon hold Destiny Knot and battle a Pokemon with Cute Charm Ability and has to be the opposite gender of your lead Pokemon. Just pray that your Pokemon gets infatuated and when that happens, your foe will be infatuated as well, thanks to Destiny Knot

This is an example of both. The number of Pokemon leads with Cute Charm is zero. The number of Pokemon using Cute Charm is slim to none. The chances of being infatuated are 30%. The chances it would be the opposite gender is also 50/50, combine that with the 30% chance, and the odds of this strategy ever proving to be useful is very low. What is the point of having both you and your opponent infatuated? You would find it easier to just use Attract to infatuate your oppnent.

Groudon's Drought+ Espeon or another Pokemon's Morning sun(Double battle)

Speaks for itself.

-Necromancing thread-
This looks good, others should see it.

Klutz+Bad item+Switcheroo
Standard on Lopunny. Common items include: Flame orb, toxic orb, choice items, lagging tail, iron ball. Klutz prevents the item from activating.

Toxic Orb+Guts+Facade+Protect
Guts adds to bonus on facade. Works surprisingly well on Heracross.

High Speed+Flame Orb+Fling
Flinging flame orb causes a burn, do it faster than the foe and lower thier attack before the attack hits. (?) Best to do it first turn.

Why would you do that (Fling+Flame orb) when Gengar has the speed to cause burns........
