moveset for dianoosu

I have a level 15 dianoosu. I don't know what its nature is, but it has very good Def. and Sp. Def IVs (when it was a nosepass, I picked it out of the 30 or so nosepass I caught because it had superior Def. and Sp. def.) I plan on eventually using it in the battle tower. What would be a good moveset for a battle tower dianoosu?

Earthquake, Stone Edge, Thunderbolt, Rest with either a Fighting or Water reduction Berry which you can get from a woman in Nomose City. Realize that I am giving you a very quick move-set and you may find something else that works for you.

You might consider Electrolevitate.
Stick with Special Attack, as that isn't quite as abominable as Attack.
Land Power, Luster Cannon, Thunder (Discharge if you don't want to waste a TM).
