Movie 10 in English

Does anyone know when the 10th movie. Palkia vs Dialga vs Drakai is released in English and when anyone is going to get the torrent up?
 
The Japanese DVD is scheduled for release in December this year, so... expect the English release around April. No official release date yet.
 
You know, couldn't it be earlier? They've been churning out the new episodes like crazy.
