Maybe you should try learning about these things called "DVDs" and "release dates" too.

Giratina to Sora no Hanataba has not yet been released in Japan on DVD, or any other form that would allow somebody to watch it at home. Its possible that some pirated copies exist somewhere, but we're hardly talking on the scale of illegal bootlegs of The Dark Knight in China.

Since the film has not yet been released onto DVD, no subbed versions currently exist. This will likely change after the film has been released. Expect the dubbed version to be released at some point early next year.
