Movie adaptations

The more recent ones have been translated, but some of the CoroCoros haven't been (possibly because they're so short).

Here's the first four.

One (incomplete, apparently)
Two (REALLY crappy. No seriously, it's TERRIBLE)
Three
Four (source of the infamous picture of Vicious punching Ash in the face)

Was there one for movie 5 at all?

And dammit, they should just toss all these early adaptations together in one volume and publish them. It's not like it wouldn't sell.

Agree w/ this. I mean, VIZ just translated and published the Zelda manga, and the oldest of those were published in like, 1998. It's not like people wouldn't be interested in an adaptation of something old-ish.

There might be an issue in Ono's comic though, since it's so much darker than the others and, of course, by a different artist. Heck, it's darker than the ACTUAL movie backstory.

These types of smaller, one or two chapter stories also lend themselves to being lost more easily than those that have a volume's worth of material. If the publisher doesn't have incredible backups, it's very likely that the originals have either been destroyed or are in some Raiders of the Lost Ark-esque maze of boxes.
