MS GIF Animator Video Imports?

I'm using MS GIF Animator, and the only thing I can figure out how to do is frame-by-frame image flashes.

How do I import video?
 
It's gotta be in an AVI format that specifies the width and the height. Otherwise it will say "corrupted or invalid file" or something.
