You drew that with Paint?! 
Really good, it will take centuries before I can master paint like that. This picture's really great. those shading effects on Soonasu look almost like they where draw with crayons, the the shading itself is wel-done. I like the shading on the ground as well. I just have something with well done shading, probaly because I suck at shading myself evne worse then I suck at drawing. Never mind

The picture looks like it is very much from an Oekaki. Its not bad, the lines could use some work and the shading areas could have been drawn out and filled. At least you drew the Pokemon well, good work.
