Keruri's been trying boy voices. And my goal of the year is to perfect my Pikachu and Ash voices.... especially since my Ash can't get any worse. *SHOT*

This. Killed. My. Throat. ....Which is why Pikachu is so terrible. Worst Pikachu I've ever done. EVER. And this is coming from the girl who won "Pikachu-soundalike" contests in both Elementray school and at Pokemon's 10th anniversary in Citrus Park, FL. *mauled*

Since my voice naturally sounds like I'm on helium, this was extremely difficult. But still, please be as harsh as you possibly can! I know I'm not very good. Mic puffs had to be there, since I was doing something strange with my throat. Sorry! ....And I did Pikachu a million times because it never turned out the way I wanted it to. I eventually gave up.

....However, listen to the "I'm from Pallet Town." I'm so happy with the turnout of that one, since it's the closest to Veronica Taylor I've ever gotten (even though it's not that close at all). And look for the Palletshipping (Ash x Gary) reference. I just had to stick it in there. XD *shot*

I liked it a lot. The beginning part sounded more like Ash to me, though. And the Pikachu sounded like Rachael Lillis' Pikachu! You wouldn't mind playing the part of Pikachu in my banned ep fandubs, would you?

Not half bad. Not half bad at all. There is room for improvement. The Pikachu is a little too high, but overall, not half bad.

Uwaah, yes! I'm an active member of many voice acting forums, and fandub all the time. I'd be more than happy to play Pikachu for you!

Ah, and if you haven't found an Ash voice, I'd like to possibly show you the voice of a friend of mine. She's fabulous.

Either way, I can't thank all of you enough! Such nice comments from such fans of the show. ....Makes me happy, especially since I wasn't pleased with the turnout of my lines. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
 
The Pikachu was amazing, compared to the many other "sound alikes" I've heard.

Your acting alone is really good, and I can see the Ash in the voice- but there's just a little too much girl in there to be Ash. :p

Okay then, great, and thanks. We've been at it since July, but thanks to some understanding problems, we haven't been able to get The Ice Path done. And I have an Ash already, who's yours? We usually do the fandub stuff at a forum, but we're still working stuff out.

I say with some more practice, and possibly working with Fan Dubs, you could have yourself a pretty decent voice for Ash and Pikachu. :p
 
I'll admit the "My name's Ash, from Pallet Town!" sounded nerdy, but the Gary part was fine.

EDIT: It's great to have you with us, I have enabled you to see the new boards!

Hmm... its a little soft and Young for Ash. Still very good for a Young Boy, I can see you being a VA for that part.
 
My friends and I will be doing some fandubs soon. I'm really excited! I'll be Pikachu, and my other 2 voice acting friends will be Ash and Brock. It'll be a while, but I'll make sure to post them when I'm finished!

I'm really shocked at the amount of positive responsed I'm getting from all of you! Your critique is quite helpful; thanks so much, everyone.
